We were welcomed very friendly by Nicole. The room, yes, is a room. OK for 1 night as a group trip. But not for more.

We were in the blue room. Everything was totally unclean. There was hair on the bed covers and the dishes were used. The coffee machine is broken and there isn't even a stovetop for cooking. We also spent an hour each evening vacuuming the thick and large spiders from the ceiling, walls and curtains. The next morning we also discovered that we had also shared our bed with 2 already dead spiders. Simply disgusting!
The only thing that was good is the location, but if you want to stay longer than a weekend you should look elsewhere!

Great location, with a good view of the harbor. Unfortunately the windows were dirty. The apartment is not suitable for people with arachnophobia (it's a bit crawly at night). There are plenty of sockets, but unfortunately the kitchen is just decoration as nothing works and everything is dirty (except the fridge). (Thanks to the brother who left the water ice there for us). Another role of Klopapier and a vacuum cleaner would have been nice for the spiders. Tip: Pull the key out sideways 😅. Conclusion: Suitable for survival training or a short stay.

Location is great and that's it. Equipment partly broken or totally dirty. I was there with children and really can't recommend it. Leavings of the previous tenant everywhere.
