I stayed here between Christmas and New Year Last year and it was beautiful! Perfect get away. The staff were so lovely. The Hotel is not new but has a lot of character. Rügen is one of those destinations where you need a car and the hotel is a little out of the way. The food was amazing! We had one waitress called Sarah (I think) who was Awesome. Such a lovely lady. The sports facilities and sauna were also great. I'll be coming back here!

A wonderful hotel to stay the night at. Comfortable beds, nice and clean everywere. Parking safe. We had half pension at the restaurant. The food was good. Because we left early next morning we could not eat breakfast, but hotel arranged a lunch box to take with us. And, inside it was a lot of different food, fruct, juice etc. Well done, and we for sure will come back visit this nice hotel with serviceminded staff both in reseption, and the girl serving us food in restaurant

Really great place for sports! They have tennis, badminton, squash, table tennis, a gym, a climbing gym and a swimming pool. For the not that sporty people there is also a spa and a few Billiard tables. A few of the staff members were a bit annoyed but the others were very kind. The rooms are very big and have a lot of space, meaning it would be a good hotel for handicapped.

Rating for gym only. I am a resident of the Samtens village and use the hotel's gym. It's spacious, quiet, and best is they are open 24 hours. Friendly staff. I would encourage nearby residents to use the gym.

Good for sports but only for the able-bodied and German speaking people Pros • The sport facilities were good, versatile and abundant. If one had more days here they could train in many forms with high quality equipment. Cons • There weren't air conditioning in the rooms so they could be really hot in the summer. • The accessibility options could reached only with effort. • There were no food alternatives for allergic or sensitive persons, such as me, no lactose free products for example. The warm food were overdone. There were only German texts for the different types of teas. • The staff had difficulties with English. The bottom of the shower cabin was really slippery without any bar to get hold. • There wasn't shortcut from the parking lots to the hotel proper, one should pull their packages all the way around from the car to the reception or should park to the place for the buses until pack in or out.
