We stayed at this quaint villa in December for 5 wonderful days of absolute bliss. The staff is extremely professional, so accommodating and warm. It's a family run villa that takes great pleasure in providing impeccable service. They also provide a wonderful breakfast that consists of fresh breads, fruits , cutlets, all sorts of cheeses and muesli, and farm fresh eggs and sides made to order. Pride of ownership is perfect in describing Jenn and her brother's attention to detail. You get the feeling like you are secluded, tucked away in the country, when you are actually close to everything you desire. Loved my stay there and can't wait to return.

Very nice family run hotel with attention to detail. Well located in a quite residential area. The manager, his wife and staff were always there to help and give advise. We were never In Augsburg before and they had plenty of ideas The tram is nearby and brought us to the city center in 6 minutes . I can Recommend

Lamentably, my wife and I only had the pleasure of staying here one night. The hotel is located very near a tram station which can be taken from the nearby Hbf. Check-in was very fast, friendly, and professional. The grounds are very nicely maintained and our room was spacious and comfortable. The sauna was a nice way to relax after traveling four hours. The included breakfast was ample and the owner was there in the dining area ensuring everyone was enjoying their meals and stay at her establishment. When returning to Germany we will definitely make our way to Augsburg for this gem.

comfortable, very friendly service, located in a very quiet location, free parking, Tram Station is in front of the hotel. nice cosy room. very clean. in German " man fühlt sich wie zu Hause 😊"

It is a nice hotel and the staff is very helpful. There is no Lunch or Dinner facility but the hotel is located near Tram station and there are many good food joints nearby. Shrirang Phadke (India)
