Owners and staff very polite and accommodating, our room was large and new, bed very comfy. We enjoyed the food.

Although the telephone conversation I had with them assured me that the room I closed was on the second floor when I arrived they tried to give us a semi-basement, saying that the reservation was not made directly to them but to expedia.ie.After our intense protest, they gave us a room on the second floor and then our stay was wonderful.

Nice and clean hotel. Kind and always welcoming host, good pool bar with always interesting happening at night. Hotel is 6-7 min walk from Flegra beach, and we really enjoyed our stay.

An agreeble hotel for the money it charges, but not 4* imho. comfortable, non-challenging distance from the beach, that (an important boon) in this part of the town is the best in Pefkochori - sandy, fairly wide with comfortable access to water (no rocks, large pebbles or urchins). Unfortunatelly, the shortest path goes through a densly littered, rather unpictorescue car park and whatever alternative path you choose you still have to cross the main road - not much of a highway, but one wouldn't fancy letting small children run to/from the beach alone. Surprisingly , the biggest disappointment was food. With many positive reports in Tripadvisors on the hotel catering, we found food here very basic, dull and uninspiring. Tried it on our first evening (along with a glass of warm white wine as the hotel bar didn't have any bottle of white in the fridge) and unanimously decided that the vacation is too short and precious to deprive yourself of any gastronomic satisfaction, even if you have already paid for the meals. The room we had was reasonably spacious, comfortable and the cleaning was done regularly and well... and we had to wait just 1.5 days (with one reminder) until our request to change 2 burnt light bulbs (out of 3) in the bathroom was granted. the hotel has a gym. Even though it's in the basement, with no AC and very frugally equipped, we used it several times. tourists with small children may find the 2 hotel pools very nice and comfortable.

the hotel is ok - as one is to spent more time on the beach and explore the area. it has lots of families so must be nice for them. However we personally didn't really enjoy the food - hence the dinner and breakfast option we booked was not ideal

Nice pools specially for the children. Nice and quiet place very close to the city center and to the sea.

We arrived late to the hotel at 11.30 pm. Petra saved us dinner, bearing in mind, we left London at 4,40pm, not had dinner. It was a lovely touch, checked us into our room speedily. We stayed at Anna Hotel on half board, the breakfast and dinner was great. Lots of choice of food. Must try the yogurt, The hotel put on a Greek night, with live band and traditional dancers. We needed to check into Ryanair and print boarding pass, we were able to do it at the hotel reception. We were unable to have late check because the hotel was fully booked, but we could use the gym locker to lock our bags and use the shower in the gym..

Hotel im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, Junior Suite hatte angenehme Größe. Prinzips wirklich tolle Poollandschaft - leider war das Wasser am letzten Tag aber schon trüb, Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen angemessen bis gut. Einzig wirkliches Manko war die nicht vorhandene Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft seitens des Personals. Familien gegenüber war das Personal unserer Beobachtung nach freundlicher als uns gegenüber - wir sind als Freundinnen verreist. Wer neben Check-in und Check-out nicht viel vom Personal braucht, ist mit dem Hotel gut bedient.

Sehr freundliche Leute und alle waren immer hilfsbereit.

We hadden 2 maanden van te voren via Expedia geboekt bij Anna hotel. Wij kregen via Expedia een bevestiging van de boeking. Een paar dagen van te voren belde ik het hotel op. Zij vertelden ons niks te weten van de boeking en dat ik contact op moest nemen met Expedia. Na wat uitzoekwerk bleek dat het hotel een fout gemaakt had en de boeking niet verwerkt heeft. Gelukkig heeft Expedia een beter hotel voor ons geregeld. Als het aan hotel Anna lag was ik daar voor niks gekomen met mijn gezin. Zij konden niks voor ons doen. Dus zeer slechte ervaring met dit Hotel.

schöne Poolanlage, sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Freundliches Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre. Leider bietet der Ort Pefkochori wenig Interessantes.

Zeer compleet bijzonder goed onderhouden modern hotel. Ruime kamers met alle voorzieningen. Mooi aangelegde tuin met prima fraai gevormde zwembaden. Uitstekend internationaal ontbijt en goed buffetdiner. Vriendelijke leiding en personeel,. Op goede loopafstand van het locale strand met boulevard, terrassen etc.
