Superb hotel. Quiet, not in the middle of the action but close enough to walk to the shipping centre and also conveniently close to the metro. Family room was spacious and had a bath and shower. Solid breakfast, fresh fruit daily. Thx to Stephania for her lovely service. Very much recommend it.

Staff made me welcome. There was a complementary room upgrade and a bottle of wine (only located as I was leaving). One of our party tripped while out and the staff were superb in their care, advice and support.

This is my third time staying at this hotel once again it did not disappoint. The staff and cleanliness were very good the charge for parking I believe was quite high and should be included by the hotel. Other than that I would recommend it to travelers that are interested.

The hotel itself needs renovation. The room felt outdated and not well maintained. The beds were very uncomfortable. For sure not 5 stars

For a Greek hotel, it was pleasant. The staff at the rooftop restaurant was excellent. The swimming pool water was too cold for me and my daughter, so we didn’t get to enjoy that. It was too cold for the time of year. We were there in October. All in all, my stay was pleasant. I was there for 6 days.

Our stay at the Divani Caravel was perfect! the rooms was great, clean and comfortable.
The staff at Divani Caravel, were without exception, polite, courteous, helpful and above all, outgoing in their efforts to makes sure our stay was excellent.
The hostess in charge of the wait staff was absolutely amazing. We went to breakfast the first day and gave her our name and room number and from that moment on she called us by our names and never forgot our room number. Amazingly, she did this with seemingly everyone. She was by far the most efficient and helpful person we have ever met.
We ran into a few challenges while in Athens and the folks at the Divani Caravel always came through with the help we needed.

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We were part of a Norwegian pre-cruise tour but had arrived in Athens a day earlier. We booked a room separately from the tour and had to move the next day to a Tour-assigned area. To make up for the inconvenience, we were given a Family Suite that was much appreciated! Thank you!
