We did not end up going as we inadvertently booked one month before hand and both Expedia and the hotel refused to fix the problem, and adjust the date, so we lost $600. It was a non refundable booking and I noticed as soon as I received confirmation. Expedia tried to help but they blamed the hotel policy. When I called the hotel, they blamed Expedia. It was impossible to change. Yeah right! I bet if I was someone important they would. So I won't be using Expedia again. This should be illegal. We paid $600 for no services.

The hotel is pretty reasonable, the city is also reasonable, both with a couple of days if you have time

Location a little distance away from eating places. Shower awkward position in bath, forgot to leave us a bath mat.

Property is located in a decent location, close to transport links, dining out options & tourist attractions. Lobby, dining areas, bar and swimming pool (located on the 9th floor) were great. Standard room & junior suite both pretty out dated.

We had a lovely time, it’s in a great location for everything you want to do. Even meeting points for days out are with in walking distance. The only time we got a cab was to visit the old prison in the old town and that was because it’s up a very steep hill but we walked back down with no problems. The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Nice and walkable

After having asked for a quite room what a disappointment I know the hotel can’t guarantee if the people they put you next to are going to be talking loud and laughing and banging but each morning it was the same and I mean early early morning then dead on the dot the builder’s outside started so having had a two week holiday we went home extremely tired. On the plus side the room was a good size and clean, location was good but the best thing was the staff in the restaurant we paid for the evening meal and wasn’t disappointed and the lady who served us was exceptional the only other thing is the reception staff could be a little more clued up on bus times to the airport and where the bus goes from

Friendly

The first room we got was very hot. The air conditioner only worked on heating and it was hard to breathe. They were very kind and changed us to a room on the back side of the hotel, where there is no direct sun and the room does not heat up that much. They helped us with everything we needed. The maids were nice and kind.
