The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. Staff were very efficient, polite and friendly.
Location was perfect for us, as it was near the main bus station and our bus to/from the airport. Hence, it was a busy and bustling location but none of the noise could be heard from within the hotel room. Our hotel room had a balcony with distant views of the mountains and sea. Easy walking access to the harbour and city areas.
A small buffet breakfast was available which included fruit, cereals, breads, juices, pastries, eggs, cheeses, bacon and traditional Greek products. As vegetarians we were happy with the selection available.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This was our first visit to Crete. Short journey from the airport via private transfer. Very welcoming staff 0n arrival. Had a problem with a leaking toilet in en-suite for the first day but we were moved to another room. Continental plus breakfast was very good. Hotel located in the town but harbour, beach etc was in easy walking distance. Restaurants everywhere. you will never starve in Chania. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Would visit Crete again.

The person who checked me in was very friendly. Walking to the port with an abundance of dining and shopping options was easy. Breakfast options were plentiful and healthy. I would return for the value.

Staying at Nefeli, I felt like home! A very clean hotel and room (with all the covid guidance), in the most central area in Chania (next to the bus central station, to restaurants and the old town/ harbor). George was super helpful with all my requests and questions, he even took care of an excellent take-away breakfast for me for the times that I had to start early the day. I would definitely go back but for more days this time!! Thanks a million! Extra thumbs up for the best smelling shampoos with local nature combos!!

We had a chance to find a free parking just in front of the hotel but it should be noted that there is no parking for the hotel as described in hotels.com. The room was clean and breakfast was good too.

The room was a nice size and the air con made it a pleasant stay. The balcony had amazing views over the mountains. I really like sitting out on the balcony. The breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold options such as sausage, egg, toast, cheese, ham, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. We also needed a take away breakfast one morning and the hotel easily arranged this. Location is perfect as it is near enough to the town centre to be able to walk to a pretty park and then walk down the main pedestrianised street towards the harbour and sea. Also it is opposite the bus station for convenience too.

We had a great experience at Nefeli hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect, right by the main bus station and walking distance to Chania Old Town.
There can be some street noise at night and the beds were a little too firm for my liking but overall everything was really nice and we’d stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent and we would like to give praise to the staff who worked the breakfast shift, as they were extremely attentive in ensuring all the breakfast food was replenished in a timely manner. It was obvious they cared about looking after their guests. It was a pleasure to see. We would definitely go back there.

There was just a short walk from the hotel to the centre of the old town. The room was quite good bed a bit hard! The balcony overlooking the street was nice and there is a lovely local restaurant just across the road. The breakfast was good with avoid selection.

The lovely Nefeli is close to the bus station so ideal for people wishing to travel around. It's on a busy road which got quieter at night so not as noisy as I thought on first impression. My room on 5th floor was lovely with all the expected amenities. Breakfast was varied and good. All in all, a good experience for a good price.

Centrally located hotel and very close to the main bus station. Doesn't have the charm of staying in the old town but better if you want convenience and ease of transfer. Easy walking distance to old harbour.
