Staff was helpful and friendly. We had had our luggage and contents stolen in Athens, and it was nice to relax in a hotel with secure parking. They even had a replacement toothbrush. We were disappointed that the pool closed September 15, when the season ended and they considered the weather too cool, two weeks before we arrived. Long and winding road up to the hotel. Beautiful view, even though our room hadn't the best angle. Shuttle to Archaeological Museum downtown.

Great location at the top of a hill away from the buzzing city and only a few minutes away from the centre if one makes use of the free shuttle bus service. Excellent free parking space, clean comfortable rooms with a balcony and an amazing view, awesome swimming pool. Highly recommended for an excellent stay!

Beautiful location overlooking Thessaloniki, breakfast was great and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Although the hotel is older it still has a wonderful ambience. It is a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of te city. The shuttle takes guests to and from the city.

Booked a double bed, but it was two single mattresses put together. Bathroom was dated and poorly maintained. No plug for the bath. Shower attachment was dirty and no proper fixing.

I didn’t like the water coming out of the bath, brown, nor the WiFi which didn’t work even though we asked for it to be reset several times.
I did like the view, the comfortable room and the food.... both evening meals and breakfast.

We really liked the location. The view was great. Has a pretty good breakfast. Our meals at the restaurant were very good. The price was a nice deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel could use a remodel but then the price would surely increase. Also situated in a very quiet area and very easy to get to the city and airport

Location cannot be beat on top of the hill. The breakfast was an excellent value for the $3-4 I paid. This hotel's finest days, however, are in the past. There was sign of wear everyplace and on the particular night I stayed there there was the equivalent of a high school formal taking place which made for a loud and rambunctious crowd. Overall I enjoyed my stay in a "retro" environment that takes one back to the heyday of travel. The location, atop the hill is amazing and quaint..

Hotel was secluded so need a taxi there and back but the hotel does three drop off and pick ups into Thessaloniki town during the week and more on weekends for free which was good. Also, bring insect repellent as lots of mosquitoes too. But nice hotel and great staff, with lovely views and a balcony for each room! ☺️

i travelled to Thessaloniki by car and find the hotel very easily. Free parking provided is really very helpful. It is very difficult or very expensive to take your car to the city center. I used the free transportation of the hotel. The breakfast and the view were very good as well as the swimming pool. The hotel is located near the forest a way from the heat of the city. The staff were really kind and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a great deal, mainly due to the calm rythms and personnel's kindness. I liked the pool and the easy transportation to the city center. The view and the green forest around the hotel is something rare.Very peaceful and welcoming place.

My stay was very pleasant and the location very beautiful. The Hotel is located near the forest but you can easily be to the city center in just 10 minutes (and free of charge). I had a nice comforatble room and people ready to provide anything I need with a smile. The price waas also very good.

I have just returned from this hotel which is far up in the hills with no public transport although there is a shuttle bus down the hill. Staff are friendly but the general feel of the place is that is it somewhat run down but there is live entertainment on most nights.
Please be wary walking outside the hotel as there are packs of stray dogs who do not want you to venture in their territory and do get vicious when you are near them. I discussed this with the hotel and the council do not want to do anything about this problem which seems to be rife around the area.
