Such a lovely hotel, the staff and family were all so friendly and helpful. They were ready to help us straight away when our transfer to the airport was late and they would always be happy to chat. We also always had an amazing home cooked greek meal every night made by the owner. The rooms were also clean and well decorated. Definitely my first choice if I ever come back

Cozy, family-friendly hotel with an excellent location. Beautiful, well-kept area. The room was clean, and all appliances were in working condition, matching what was indicated on the official website and in the photos. There were no issues with hot water or the air conditioning. There is a balcony for drying clothes, which is convenient. The staff is caring and attentive, always ready to help. One day, we returned very late from our trip and couldn't make it to dinner so they kindly left dinner for us in the room, which was very nice. The food at the hotel is delicious and fresh, especially the meat cooked by the owner in the oven, it was very tasty. Many thanks to the hotel owner and the staff for creating a warm family atmosphere.

I chose to give this hotel 5 stars, referring to the entire period spent here and I will elaborate a little. it is a family business hotel, the family is quite involved in its management and does it well. the owner of the hotel cooks local dishes every evening and is very generous with the portions, having a certain satisfaction when the dishes are enjoyed by the tourists. ( I'm really sorry I missed the moussaka ) 5 stars, the girls at the restaurant are very kind and explain to you the types of food the patron cooks plus much more. 5 stars. the owner's son together with his wife are two pleasant people willing to help as much as they can. 5 stars, last night we asked the boy to make two sandwiches for our little girl for the road and he was extremely kind and served us without the slightest hesitation. 5 stars. The hotel itself is not rated 5, its 3 stars are correctly awarded, but looking at everything as a whole, it was a pleasant stay. there are things that need to be improved, such as the doors to the rooms that are poorly soundproofed and you can hear very loudly through them, the bathrooms are quite small but in the end they achieve their purpose, the rooms are extremely clean, the pool is very ok. we felt very well here, being extremely aware of the quality-price ratio of this hotel and that's why we recommend it to people like us, who are not very pretentious and who appreciate the simplicity of the place and the kindness of the people who manage this hotel.

Does the job. Cleaners wake you up early by chatting loudly outside the rooms which ain't professional. Also hot water was an issue sometimes

The hotel room was nice and had modern design, but very small. There was a pool also for use for guests, but we didn't use it, because the pool wasn't really big and was more suitable for children (only 1.50 m deep) the beach is 200m away from hotel, and it completely belies the small pool. The hotel staff was kind and helpful all the time we stayed. The room service could be sometimes better, but ok. The only sad thing is the monotone daily food offer. Thanks for the nice dinner offer. Praise the Mr. who is apparently also a owner of the hotel who cooked for us every evening delicious and speciel national cretan foods which was a really good touch from the hotel.
