breakfast was good, they were still building and renovating. location was good, near a bus stop and with nice shops/ restaurants nearby. Our room was not one of the new ones though and it smelled bad, was stained and had lots of ants:( also the power went out so be careful about that. service was okay, reception was mostly empty but when they’re there it’s helpful. After full renovation it would be at least 4 stars

A very nice, small hotel right next to the beach. The rooms are obviously quite new/renovated and definitely big enough to have a nice stay. The room was cleaned up every day and the hotel seems to be very clean in general. The breakfast was better than we expected for this price, so we can't complain.
There is an electric system at the door where you can choose the green button for "cleaning please" and the red button for "please don't disturb". Unfortunately the lady came into our room twice, even though the light was red, but she was really friendly.
The owner wasn't rude, but could've been a little bit friendlier.
All in all it's a very nice place to stay and I recommend it to people like us, who are out quite often and like to have a quiet place to sleep.

The lady Marina, who prepared our breakfast, was super sweet and great at her job. Food, drinks and sweets were all amazing. People could choose easily what to eat for the breakfast. I really loved how she categorized each "food station" and how good the food was!
The rooms were cleaned every day (except for Sunday) and were super tidy. Kitchen has the basics utensils (microwave, toaster, electrical stove, small fridge).
We also used "rent-a-car" service, which was very quick and easy to rent.

Great, clean, modern rooms...very nice owner who helps anytime of a day if you need it. Breakfast was nice and more than we expected. Market, bus station, club and beach is all in a 50m distance. For us it was 5 of 5 stars.

Right value for money (around 20 euros per night), nothing special. The place is quiet and not noisy at all, it has direct access to the beach which in October did not seem to be at all beautiful, nothing to do with the other beaches of Crete. It has a good location near the city of Heraklion (20 minutes).
The photos of the rooms are a bit misleading as ours unfortunately had an old and broken shower which made it complicated to clean the bathroom. Room cleaning takes place every 3 days.
Breakfast was included, offering the essentials, ham, cheese, some bread, yogurt and jam.
For 7 euros they offer laundry service, useful but perhaps a little expensive.
I would improve some points.
I personally would not return to this hotel.
