When we check in we though nice location but the surrounding very dirty and smell rubbish outside the lift. Then the door of our room cannot open and we stuck. They should check before they give to us. The toilet bowl cannot use because the flushing is damage and they fix but still not working. It is really irritating cause we need to top up the water manually to flush the bowl for our last day 2 night more. We didn't expect the room is very small. I cannot recommend this if you a very fussy and claustrophobic. Worst stay there cause can hear the other side of toilet if they use it the midke of night if you sleep early compare in other room they still awake.

Second time booking for parents. Very strategic location across from Kowloon Mosque. Clean room, AC works well, bathroom water heater also works well. Towels are changed every day.

I did not expect the unit is in an old flat, and the room is totally different as its display. The room actually is small, just a bed dan small bathroom, not much space, so do not stay here if you bring one medium to big luggage.

Lokasi strategis di pusat kota, disebrang terdapat masjid Kowloon. Kondisi ruangan memang agak sempit ya dulu pernah ke hk juga rata2 emg kamar guest house nya tidak lega. Untuk harga semalem 1 jutaan permalam, ac berfungsi dengan baik, pemanas air panas berfungsi dengan baik, ruangan bersih, kulkas berfungsi dengan baik dan handuk diganti setiap hari. Didepan kamar terdapat refill untuk isi ulang, air panas dan mircowave.

She cleans the room everyday and change the towel, but never give extra tissue during 6 days stay. I like the location of the hotel near bus stop and MTR. Many restaurant, mall and souvenirs shops nearby.

Nice price with good location just near Tsim Sha Tsui station and many local shops, money changer etc nearby. Room is so so. I got first room with a broken closet flush and not repaired until night so I got another room to change, but the room is full of smoke smell that triggered my rhinitis allergy so I need to open the window to keep the smell away. A bit queue for waiting the lift and very old building, but that ' s what you expect for this cheap price in HK city center.

Small room but its OK. Clean towels everyday. Aircon is not that good but its OK.

Room is really small and so does the bathroom, bed is hard that you don't even feel like sleeping in a mattress, although location of the building is next to MTR station, the lift which you had to take to get to the lobby is a bit confusing to find when you first arrived there.

Clean, strategically close to the MTR.

The room looks beautiful and has clean utensils. Toilet paper, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels. The location is easy to find.

Strategic location, located in Mirador Mansion. From the airport take a-a1 bus and get off at the 13th or 14th stop. Return to the airport take the same bus from across the hotel.

I like, very like ❤❤ . clean, room big, the receptionist is friendly, all we need have in the room. hotel near MTR station, near bus stop/taxes. so many restaurants , near mall , if you not have cash money(HK Dollar) . have money Exchange near hotel, have bus stop go airport

Exit mtr exit d1, only a few meters. Lots of places to eat and shop. It's really easy to get here and there. Avenue of a star is quite a walk. Bus from Airport A21, get off near the hotel. The rooms are very clean, towels are replaced every day. Only the bathroom is very very small, the rest is really ok. Next will go there again.

The rooms are small, cleanliness okay, strategic location, everywhere near.

The room is comfortable, although the building looks a bit because of it but the inside is cozy and neat. Strategically Percis close to MTR station.

Great accommodation for a solo traveller. From my check in to check out. Plenty of space and they will clean your room everyday. Pleasant receptionists as well.

Small but clean. The TV room doesn't turn on, I have already told the receptionist that it will be generated later but still doesn't work. Fortunately, every day out of the morning come home late at night, so the hotel just for sleeping and showering. So it doesn't really matter. Drinking water is provided. Room cleaned every day. There is a hairdryer too. Not bad huh.

Clean, affordable price, not too hectic like the building next door which has many hostels every day, towels replaced, and rooms cleaned, can also get drinking water. strategic location too dtr with Mtr :) thank you

Arrived at the inn almost midnight. The checkin process is very easy without being asked for a deposit. Only a passport. Clean rooms every day towels are replaced and rooms cleaned. There is a toothbrush too. The receptionist is on the 16th floor from the elevator just turn left straight. Anyway in the room there is also a small fridge, which is pretty good. The check out process is also easy even though it is still dawn. Good
