The front desk staff were outstanding. Super fast check-in. They also helped with directions and getting taxis. The room was small but very comfortable. The person that cleans the rooms did an excellent job. The room was absolutely spotless. We will stay again for sure. The location is also perfect, walking distance to everything.

Housekeeping staff were nice and friendly. Even when some facilities needed to be fixed during midnight, the staff arrived immediately to take care of it. Good shower - water pressure and hot water. Good air conditioning. Excellent location.

Superb location, Attentive staffs, Cleanliness, comfortable bed, sufficient amount of pillows. Although the room size is small according to the standard HK’s hotel style, the room is very well function in terms of design aspects. Standard features are provided including kettle and coffe mugs, safe box, small fridge, slipper, amenities. I like that the glass door is provided to keep the shower area completedly separate to the toilet where some of the other hotels elsewhere do not have this feature although with the much bigger room.
The only minus point would be the wifi was not really stable.

This accomodotion is really strategis, near MRT station, clean, receptionist always respond good, I go there with my friend, we are girls we feel comfort here.

Hotel Hart on Hart Street is close to Tsim Tsha Tsui MTR station and also near the bus stop to the airport. The location is close to halal shopping centers and restaurants around the hotel and also very close to the hotel. Minimalist rooms like most hotels in the back, but for cleanliness and all the facilities are okay, Soo, next time I will stay here again if I go to Hong Kong

Close to shopping area and food shops surrounded. Very convenient. But the room size is very small and the restroom door is the clear glass, I didn't recommend if you come with friends or businesse partners. The rest are good!

Very good, nice room but small If the normal room, it is better to stay alone. Not many items used But not bad. Very new. The lift is slow because it must be shared with other restaurants in the building. Very clean, beautiful, soft bed to sleep all day.

The room is too small .... the picture is different from the extreme sempit..dengan kenyataan.kamar transparent glass shower without a curtain .... so if both of them ... plus koper..ga fit ... kudu slant .. ... but the service staf..ramah..helpfull
