The room is indeed small but we got triple room, I booked a twin room actually. They gave us smoking room while I asked for nonsmoking so for 2 night we coughed a lot and asked for a nonsmoking room for the third night. Location is just 5-6minutes from Prince Edward MTR station and many dimsum and other small restaurants nearby.

Beware of 1 staff. Not very accommodating.
Photocopy service is 3HKD vs 3HKD on Photocopy Center. Exchange rates not too competitive. Stay was neutral. Competitive price

It's a five minute walk from the nearest station. Not too far but might be a hassle for people who have heavy luggage who use the train as primary means of getting around. Aside from location, I can highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms are small and clean, location access is quite easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly but some are less friendly.
