We had a great stay at Royal Plaza Hotel. Clean room with good amenities. They also have a Go Green program which all hotels should follow. Hotel is right beside the Moko Mall and East Mongkok train station. About 10-15 minutes walk to Mongkok. Will stay here again.

The hotel staffs are very helpful. The hotel location is very convenient. It is near to the local MTR train stations. The room condition is very clean. My family feel very comfort to stay here.

Large and comfortable room for family, direct access to mall and MTR station, so it is also easy for families with small children...if I go to Hong Kong again, I will still stay here again...

The location is great. Close to the metro and directly connected to Moko Mall. There is a water filter in the bathroom so you can just refill the water. Then in the changing room there is a swimsuit dryer so you don't get wet when you return to the room. Overall the hotel is recommended. Checkout is also robotic so it's fast. Thank you

I have stayed at this hotel since 2006, it has undergone several renovations
The new staff are still young at check-in, but they are less friendly than before, the check-out time is very early at 11 and the check-out time is too late at 3. Although I finally debated whether to check out at 12
The breakfast used to be better, the current one is monotonous, there are only 2 choices
Other than that, it's okay, the room cleaning staff are also good. Hopefully next time check-in can start at 2

One of the best hotel I have booked. The Family room is very spacious. There are outlets in almost every corner of the room which is really convenient if you have lots of gadgets to charge. They see it to it that the room is cleaned everyday. They adjust the cleaning time depending on the guest 's request. The hotel location is perfect. It connects to Moko mall which is near the MTR station. Very convenient for travellers. The health club is my favourite. Their staff is very polite and friendly. The machines in the gym are quite modern. The Sauna is nice. The sprinkling of water is automatic. No need to manually scoop water. The jacuzzi near the pool is also nice. It is fronting the hotel building. They have a photo spot near the pool which is perfect for taking family pictures. Thank you Royal Plaza Hotel for the wonderful experience 💯.

It was very bad that the manager staff came to our room and threatened us when we were gathering in one room about 4 people in the room to give a birthday surprise to our child, even though it was not long, only 10 minutes and they had already reprimanded us, it was your fault for not making the room soundproof. And instead of reprimanding us properly, they even threatened to throw us out.

The location is really great, only steps away from mongkok east MTR station inside mall … the room quite spacious and the housekeeping doing their job very well, we were back to the clean room everyday ….

Check-in time is 15.00. Check out time is 11.00. Is it really that long that the housekeeping staff cleans the rooms? Yesterday I took pswt at 00.05, delayed 01.10, landed -/+ at 06.00, I was still waiting at the airport because I knew I couldn't check in. Then I fell asleep on the lobby sofa, officers such as security guards (who were seniors) told me to check in because it was time, then I asked the check-in party for understanding, if I could check in at 13.00, I couldn't. 14.00 is also not certain. The officer was good but the SPV (because he asked someone) couldn't answer. Usually the front staff is friendly while I'm staying there (I've been staying there since 2006) but this time he wasn't very friendly, guy, still young. But when checking out the female SPV was more senior, kind and friendly.
