Our initial plan to stay for one day was extended to the whole week because of how well the family took care of us and the incredible beauty and peace around the home. The food was delicious. Ravi, the owner was a great host and now a friend, who took us for some great treks in the surrounding mountains. I would strongly recommend staying here for at least a week, if not more.

Breathtaking views from any place around the property. If you want to reach out and get some peace and quiet, this is the place. The property owners will assist in transfer from bus drop off point. The owners are humble, loving and polite. The food is prepared by the owners. Exceptional cooking. Very simple, nutritional and tasteful. You can wander away after breakfast to many places. You can go to the meadow where it is rumoured that the Pandavas used this place agriculture. There are numerous streams nearby. Beautiful and scenic. You can take a trek to near by peaks. Owners can assist as required. There is also a breathtaking waterfall nearby which is easy to reach from the property. Do not let this opportunity pass if you are headed north of Mandi.

There are very few stay options in Shangarh, and this family run hostel (Zostel) has an excellent vibe to it. Very warm family, excellent food, great location with multiple hiking & trekking options around. Room and bathroom were clean with hot water facility. The rooms are very affordable with varied pricing, they also have dormitory Best wishes to Anny, the soul of this Zostel

The place is surrounded by the valley and the panoramic view is amazing. The homestay family is very friendly and treats it's guests like a family member. That was my experience as a solo traveller. The hospitality extended by shashi and ravi is outstanding Besides the rooms are clean, spacious and airy. The beds were also comfortable and clean with sufficient quilts that's much needed even in July. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

No words can describe the service and hospitality. I had the good fortune to stay at this hotel. The hotel has a great location and wonderful views. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff and management is indeed inspiring. To accentuat, The hotel was very reasonably priced.
