Everybody was great ,housekeeping did a wonderful job , Sapna from guest services was very helpful.

My stay for 2 weeks at Hyatt was pleasant, the staff was good overall specially the security guards and there is a Sardarji who was always very helpful. My experience with cleaning staff was not good though, found cockroaches in bathroom, also I lost some of my gift coupons which were kept on table. When asked to my surprise they straight away declined it. I was giving generous tip to cleaning staff daily but after this incident I stopped. Food quality is good, restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly and they will make sure your concerns are addressed.

I have a serious issue with the smell at the lobby and the elevators. They’re using some kind of scent. And they have a water fountain at the lobby you can smell like a sewage. I have reported the matter to the managers, and by the way, this is not the first time that I have reported this. This is a completely serious issue other than that the hotel staff they’re excellent but the smell is nasty

The room was very clean and well laid out. Great shower. We had a view of the pool. The pool was awesome. Great time relaxing. Breakfast was perfect. Fresh, huge variety. Transportation was great to and from train station.

Save your cash and don’t stay here. Filthy hotel. Poor service. No respect for guests health and safety. Staff are underqualified and not trained. Probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed at and one we will be sending a legal notice to for improper standards.

We were made to wait until the room was getting ready for almost 1 hr 15min. This was the most frustrating experience to begin the trip with.

Very nice spacious room & bathroom. Very comfortable bed with nice soft sheets & fluffy pillows. We were given a nice room with an awesome view of the city. This hotel is very clean and we appreciated the high security, we felt very safe. But the highlight of our stay was the staff, they were so accommodating and kind to us. We had stayed at a 5 star hotel for 2 nights before we had to move because of the location to our convention. We spent the additional 2 nights at the Doubletree and honesty wish we had spent the whole 4 nights here because we enjoyed it so much more. Thank you to the staff for giving 5 star service. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel rooms and bathroom are really dirty. Rooms are matchbox size and bathrooms are pathetically miserable.

The staff is amazing and so attentive to all your needs.

The stay started off with an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience of pests (cockroaches) in our room and in the dining area (even on the dining table itself)! We had to raise the issue beyond the front desk associates and had to engage the GM and the Front Office Manager. The silver lining was the sincere attention given to our grievances aka serious health and hygiene concerns by these two individuals. The issue was taken very seriously as it should have been and immediate remedial steps were being put in place. I do want to also note that the Exec Chef was particularly concerned about the issue and was equally involved in addressing the issue in the dining area. He was also personally involved in taking care of our dietary needs throughout our entire stay. In summary what could have been an absolute disastrous situation was saved by this team and for that both my wife and I are thankful. Though inexcusable, the gap was owned and addressed by the team which goes a long way … owning a mistake is key and diligently addressing it shows responsibility. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, great restaurants and food in house, staff super helpful, grand opulence in the midst of the City. Everything in Pune is a mix of old and new, modern and ancient, pristine and squalor. Just go a half mile and it all renews again. The symphony of horns in traffic is worth the visit, as you navigate the City to see the sights.

Service is very Good but there was a problem with the sink not draining well.
