Amazing experience staying at Vivanta. Our family and guests staying there for 2-3 days for a wedding celebration enjoyed their experience!! The staff at Vivanta is excellent, professional, courteous and extremely helpful!! Absolutely amazing experience as always. I have been a Taj customer for ages now and each time their hospitality touches my heart. This trip was an anniversary gift to my parents and even though I had forgotten to mention it. Vivaanta staff took exceptional care of them and made their experience one to remember.

I had a very short stay but staff were fantastic some dated features in the room but i cant honestly say it was bad just wasnt 5 stars but would stay again good location to get to airport thank you for smooth transiston and check out with concierge was very efficent punctual and efficient just let down by some aged room facilities

Our room had mildew smell and the smell was on the whole floor. When we complained, they showed us another room on the floor above us, which also had mildew smell. So we decided to stay in the room we were given, but I could not sleep all night because of the smell. When I complained again, we were given a room on the first floor, which did not have the smell, but was very noisy. Also, the hotel has safety deposit box in every room but it does not work. We called front desk to fix it. A guy came in and he brought a technician and it worked just once. I realize that all the safety deposit box or like that because each room we went it was the same situation and we checked three rooms. After checking out when I was bringing my suitcases by the door the doorman was standing there, but I had to open it, take it out and then he asked if he could help me. It seemed like they knew when to come in to help to get a tip. For a 5 star hotel our stay was not pleasant.
