The bathtub doesn't work, the Wi-Fi doesn't connect to the internet, the bedside lamp doesn't work, the phone doesn't work so anything has to go to the receptionist.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, the location is strategic, close to the UPI campus, unfortunately there is no restaurant so it feels like something is missing.

The hotel staff was very friendly, even before check-in time, we were allowed to check in. We even had time to borrow plates and spoons from the hotel staff. However, there were some things that were uncomfortable in our opinion, including the toilet which was not very clean, then the location was quite quiet, there were no sellers around the hotel. So if you want to buy food, you have to go food. For the rest, it's pretty good.

Strategic location close to Upi Setiabudi, if seen from the photo the front looks scary but the real thing is not scary in my opinion. The room is spacious, the bed is also, the bathroom water is all on, one room door came off but its okay not a problem and the bathroom part of the sink is a bit rusty. But it's safe, thank you.

Suasananya asri dan sejuk, kamarnya juga bersih, pegawainya ramah-ramah. Akan tetapi yang sangat disayangkan ialah air showernya tidak bisa hangat dan lampu kamarnya juga beberapa tidak menyala. Secara keseluruhan hotel ini sangat recommended untuk dijadikan tempat istirahat.

The experience of staying here is that the rooms are spacious, quite clean, good television broadcasts. What needs to be noticed is that the toilet has no warm water, the water in the bathroom is very small (so I chose not to shower), the kettle must be rented. The atmosphere is quite calm, the air is cool.

The hotel room is spacious, the bed is quite wide, can be for four of us with children, there are only 2 important things for hotels in Lembang that are lacking in my opinion, First the hot water is only a little warm, and even then it takes time, then both blankets are less thick.

Very beautiful and pleasant, but other facilities need to be improved, such as hot water, but there is a long time. Phone rooms that only display the rest of the place are clean and beautiful, very close to the tourist center of Lembang. Thank you Immortal Beautiful.
