I spent 4 days here with all of my team for the event, the most annoying part of this hote is just the staff coordination, I often repeating my request to a different receptionist just because the didn't get any info from the previous person.

Location is superb.
Nice small hotel, very clean, room is compact, bathroom is clean, hot water is instant, amenities are complete but I suggest you bring your own soap, otherwise you have to use a very small soap with no bubbles or a very "unsoap" soap :)
Room is not soundproof. People at the top laughing and playing with their kids until 1 am, my left and right neighboor talking just like they are talking in my room.
Receptionist must be well educate on surrounding place i.e special restaurants, coffee shops, Taxi, Mosque, etc.

Very good location. Everything you expect from a 3 star hotel. However Wifi ini 5th Floor need to be improved. TV can't connect to Wifi as well. The sound from the hallway can be heard very loudly in the room. They also are doing some renovation on the rooftop so you can hear the loud bang every now and then.
