Comfortable and affordable hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean plus fast wifi only the TV channels are not good, access to see the beach/sea view is very close, many spots for photos and selfies, the food is varied and delicious, the staff is very friendly even when there was something my wife left behind at the hotel we were informed and when I asked for it to be sent to Jakarta... the lady agreed and the item was sent on a weekday..... extraordinary service from Alissa Hotel

Got it for 800k++, ordered deluxe seaview, got kitchenview instead of seaview, asked for empty rooms at night and they said none were full, but when my friend ordered, he got room p101, If you take deluxe seaview, don't book it if you are placed in p107 or above because there is no seaview, lots of mosquitoes, the shower is dead, the AC is leaking/dripping, the remote control is dead during the day, the food coupon says 1 is pending but it turns out that 1 has been taken by someone else, when you ask who it is, they say they don't know, the beach sand area is narrow and there are still lots of corals, the fitness center is not taken care of even though it is a facility in the application, the dusty playground is not taken care of, the pool is salty.

the condition of the room adjacent to the scattered warehouse + adjacent to the public bathroom for visitors makes it uncomfortable, .. the room options in the application are listed as having a terrace or balcony but the reality is different, .. I have informed the person on duty at the front office but the person concerned said that there is no such thing and the application has not been upgraded so I was confused about which one was right so I decided to move rooms by adding the price .. the additional price when we added a room upgrade was different, .. the price listed in the application that has not been taxed + the offline resort price adjustment, ... so the tax payment in the application was lost.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at Allisa, which is affordable but has great facilities, can channel my husband's hobby of fishing here, the beach is safe for children when the waves are calm.

The room was damp, there were lots of mosquitoes, the toilet ceiling was leaking from the floor above, if someone in another room went to the toilet, the squeaking sound and the smell of the waste came into my bathroom toilet.

Overall it's ok, only one thing missing. In room P215 (deluxe), the air conditioner's commode outside can be heard from inside so it's a bit disturbing, otherwise it's ok.

CI & CO is fast and not complicated. The room is clean, the toilet is not fragrant enough and the towels should be replaced. The bed sheets need to be looked after again. The room paint needs to be updated. The hot/cold dispenser is safe. Private beach. The pool is fully guarded, okay. Breakfast is not bad. Thank you.

the hotel is nice and close to everywhere but the beach has a lot of coral so it's less fun to go to the beach and the water in the swimming pool is salty 😁😁 the food is good but there is not much variety

Superior room type, in the bathroom there was a leak, dripping water right above the toilet seat, I don't know what water it was. But it's good to be able to check in early because we arrived at half past 1 in the afternoon. Breakfast was pretty good but if possible, add more menus.
