I ordered superior rejeki anak sholehah and was upgraded to deluxe. The security guard was very responsive in helping me. I checked out of the airport at around 6 am. The hotel had the initiative to bring a hotel-style breakfast. Thank you, hopefully it will be maintained.

Got a room on the 6th floor like a refugee room, stuffy room, the roof is very short and stuffy, the hotel area is not maintained, damp, the walls are peeling, the bathroom is dark, the bathroom sink looks like it's about to collapse, there are patches 🥲 so sad for that price but the facilities are like a budget hotel, parking is also difficult. Better think again if you want to stay here. But it helps that the security is friendly and willing to help. The receptionist is not friendly with a grumpy face. At night the swimming pool lights are turned off even though it's only 6 o'clock lol I'll never stay here again

I have requested a room on the 1st floor but was given the 2nd floor, and when I entered. The room was small, the electrical sockets didn't work so I had to call engineering to fix it, the hot water wasn't hot. First time trying to stay at Alron.

The hotel is very small, but clean. No smoking (given a form to sign no smoking and others, if you violate it you will be fined). Access to the center of Kuta and Legian is close. Culinary around the hotel is abundant and delicious. In front of the hotel the traffic flow is very heavy, so be careful when crossing.

Stayed with family and took a triple room, got room 616 at the top at the back and thank God the AC was not working properly, it had been checked by the security technician and it was still hot in the room, all night we couldn't sleep well because the room was hot and stuffy, we originally wanted to extend for 3 nights, but because we were already disappointed, we moved to another hotel.

In fact, there were some technical problems here, the room door was difficult to open several times because the door lock battery was dead and had to go down to the technician several times, thankfully the technician was very responsive, and when I left it was quite noisy because there was a football club and it was very noisy in the room corridor, overall okay, 15 minutes walk to Kuta beach.

The location is strategic, it's just a bit beyond my expectations for a four-star hotel. The room is a bit crowded so it's a bit difficult to pray. But apart from that, the condition of the rooms apart from space issues and staff service is very good. Not recommended for families, perhaps more suitable for tourists and short business trips.

There is one employee at the reception who has to learn more about the hospitality industry. Most of the reviews for this hotel are because of its excellent cleanliness, but when I checked in and entered the room, it didn't match my expectations and the reviews I read.
