The hotel is in the city center, nice & clean. The staff is friendly. The room is clean & fragrant, the AC is cold, only the wifi is a bit slow. The menu in the restaurant is all delicious, many choices, the staff is very friendly. Next time I go to Surabaya, I will be here again

If it's a business trip, for hotel reservations, I'm the most picky about breakfast. It turns out that the breakfast here is always delicious, I stayed 2 days and the food was delicious. Requested the top room, but for the non-smoking area, I got it on the 5th floor. Overall, 4.5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I requested to clean my room when I leaved. But it not happened yet when I back to my room. I asked for mineral water and new towel but it come so long. Please increase your service. If you need more time or cannot do the job at that time just tell the guest from the beginning. So they will not dissappointed.

The AC smells, I complained and the solution was to spray it with air freshener😂. The linen is not clean because my body is itchy after waking up. There are lots of mosquitoes in the room.

nice spacious room, but unfortunately can't see the fireworks from the room window even though the moment is right for New Year. Got a room in the middle, a bit disappointed, but next time if I come here, ask for a room that can see the outside view. The food is okay.
