I have no complaints during my stay at Amaris Pakuan because this accommodation is almost perfect. Easy check in, friendly staff, tasty food, strategic location, clean room with complete facilities. If I may suggest, please provide a small table beside the bed.

breakfast is not varied enough, soto mie is too salty and can't take it yourself, must follow the procedure, but wait 30 minutes to get the salty soto mie and also ask for an omelet for a very long time. The waiter is indifferent.
the fruits are finished even though it's only 6.30 am
the coffee is boring.
next time it seems like they don't want to take the room including breakfast.

without being asked to clean the room, it was immediately cleaned and given a new year hamper
for the receptionist and security staff, all are friendly
in the lobby there is also a small playground for children to color...
