Plus: view untuk foto-foto bagus, infinity pool oke, breakfast oke. Minus: tidak ada akses turun ke pantai karena tangganya rusak, receptionist tidak ramah, over price dengan fasilitas kamar yang sangat minim (tidak ada TV, shower air kurang kencang)

Tempat yang indah sekali, staff semua sangat ramah, hanya saja seperti kurang staff, jam 7 staff kebersihan baru mulai bersih-bersih, sarapan mulai ada jam 7 lewat, pertama datang pas sore seperti tidak terawat, banyak daun-daun kering berserakan, kolam renang banyak daun kering, harus minta dibersihkan dulu saat kami mau berenang, bawa anak umur 9 tahun kena charge (sewa super deluxe ocean view)

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry for the inconvenience. As for the leaves that you found when you arrived, it was because it was windy season and the leaves were falling. But every day we take care of the resort area and we clean it, for the pool too because at that time it had just finished raining and also the wind. We have also explained the additional charge in the "hotel description", you should read it before making a hotel reservation anywhere. Hopefully we can meet again another time and in better weather so you can get better photos. Thank you

Glad to be back to Amatoa, we got room upgraded with very nice view and private small pool. Staff always attentive and service is good. The view is awesome , too bad the stairs is broken, so could not swim on the beach at front. But overall nice relaxing quick weekend getaway!

Not disappointed to stay at Amatoa Resort ,, it paid off with a really cool view, the atmosphere is really calm and feels like a private resort hhee because I came outside on a weekend, I purposely looked for a quiet time ... Service and cleanliness tmpatx really top food (breakfast) is pretty good anyway according to me and quite sticky..🤩😊pokokx recomended lots of spot photos😁 too

The service is very bad, children aged 8 years are charged a charge of 500 thousand, water is restricted, there is no television, breakfast is not good, the rooms do not have WiFi, there is only a signal in the restaurant and that's bad. Basically, everything is bad according to the high price. Just this time I will stay here, give up!

A good place to have a quiet and relaxing moments with your family. Don’t forget to enjoy sunset time here, they have good spot from the restaurant. Or if you choose a sea view room, you can enjoy it from your room. We got a sunset snack surprise on our second day, lovely! They have direct access to the sea for snorkeling activity. The service was great and all employee was so friendly and helpful. Things to improve : 1. They need to have a clear road access guidance as the location was a bit hidden and google map was not giving a right direction. 2. They need to improve ladder access to the sea. But overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Would love to stay here again.
