Came to check in at 2 pm the room was not ready. Came again at 7 pm the room was still not ready. It was suggested to enter a room type below, I didn't want to. The receptionist ladies were very unfriendly. Their faces were sullen while on the phone with the cleaning service insisting. Finally given the room key. Arrived at the room in a condition where it was still being tidied up. The bed was bad, the mattress was tilted to the middle making my body ache. The dirty, shabby sheets had never been changed. The room lighting was dim, making the atmosphere scary with hair everywhere and smelly. Very noisy vehicle noise. The toilet was dirty and smelly even though the water was flowing smoothly.
