The staff is not help. I have to wait for a long time for check in and check out. I even missed my train because the staff is not appear so I have to wait him for almost 1,5 hour. When I told the management that I have no time for waiting anymore, they can not gave a solutions and just told me to wait. Sorry to say, but its my worst experienced.

1. Difficult to check in. We need to find the person who had the key to the room. It took time 2. The room is not so clean (a bit dusty in some places) 3. The AC is not so cold 4. TV programme is unavailable (unclear picture/bad signal) 5. No wifi (not as published on the ad) 6. The hot kettle was dirty

There are no drinks, no tissues, thick dust, item mats, the mattress still has a lot of dirt, please pay attention, we pay almost a million if you stay in a hotel you can get 4 stars. Very not recommended.

The atmosphere and the view are really good, it's just that the air conditioner is not cold enough because the temperature can't be adjusted, so it's too hot at night to sleep.

Early on, the friend who owned the apartment taught him how to turn on the gas stove. What's disappointing here is that there are no entertainment facilities in the room because the TV is broken, there is no internet wifi, the plus points are only the view of the swimming pool, the view is the Ancol sea, the swimming pool is still under strict guard due to covid19 alert, if you want to swim, you must register for free with the guard pool / security guard. Must wear a swimsuit, can't swim at night.

The place is clean and nice. provided plates, cups to the stove both gas and electricity. suitable to be shared with the family. very happy to be staying here. children are also happy because it is on the same level as the pool and play ground area. the view from the swimming pool directly towards the sea. Hopefully next time can come back to stay here.

The apartment is good, the owner is good, although he was disappointed because he thought his position was in Ancol, it turned out that his position was next to Ancol. And there is no special advantage in Ancol, but it does not disappoint. Pool view combined with a stretch of sea. Make an impression that will not be forgotten. Next time, if given another chance, I will take this place again, thank you. Suggestions for dispensers to drink and air conditioning even cooler, overall satisfactory.
