The staff is not help. I have to wait for a long time for check in and check out. I even missed my train because the staff is not appear so I have to wait him for almost 1,5 hour. When I told the management that I have no time for waiting anymore, they can not gave a solutions and just told me to wait. Sorry to say, but its my worst experienced.

Cukup puas hanya unit tv perlu perbaikan

1) Satpam ga ada insiatif untuk membatu. 2) Banyak debu disela-sela kasur, balkon luar, kamar mandi licin, bau, kotor, 3) Di dalam teko masih ada air ntah bekas kapan dipakenya ada kotoran. 4) Dideskripsinya dikasih botol minum tapi pas nyampe katanya ga dapet apa-apa. 5) Sabun mandi ga ada. 6) Lemari kondisi rumah. 7) Matras banyak bercakapkan darah dimana-mana. 8) TV rusak tidak berfungsi untuk karokean. 9) Pas dateng check in masa tamu yang ngepel dan nyapuu. 10) Tadi mau beranang diwajibkan harus pake baju renang sedangkan pas kita mau pulang tadi adaa yang ga pake baju renang dibolehin tidak sesuai SOP dan ga ditegur kaya kita. 11) Lain kali perawatannya tolong diperbaiki lagi biar komsumennya puas sama pelayannan dan biar ga kecewa.

What's disappointing here is that there are no entertainment facilities in the room because the TV is broken, there is no internet wifi, the plus points are only the view of the swimming pool, the view is the Ancol sea, the swimming pool is still under strict guard due to covid19 alert, if you want to swim, you must register for free with the guard pool / security guard. Must wear a swimsuit, can't swim at night.

Type Studio pas di lantai kolam renang, view luar biasa malam dan siang luar biasa. Akses poolside nya wow. Tapi sayang harus daftar dulu ke 3A buat berenang. Kondisi kamar lumayan, cuma TV agak rusak dan tidak ada wifi. Overall oke deh.

The place is clean and nice. provided plates, cups to the stove both gas and electricity. suitable to be shared with the family. very happy to be staying here. children are also happy because it is on the same level as the pool and play ground area. the view from the swimming pool directly towards the sea. Hopefully next time can come back to stay here.

The apartment is good, the owner is good, although he was disappointed because he thought his position was in Ancol, it turned out that his position was next to Ancol. And there is no special advantage in Ancol, but it does not disappoint. Pool view combined with a stretch of sea. Make an impression that will not be forgotten. The room was clean, complete from the kitchen equipment (refrigerator, stove, pan, cutlery, etc.) except that we could not operate the stove (maybe because we didn't understand how to turn it on). The bathroom is quite clean, gets soap and shampoo, and towels (no toothbrush to bring yourself) hot & cool water works well. The beds are comfortable, there are also folding mattresses, and many pillows. TV room with 2 sofas ... and right when you enter there is a cake in a jar or have a previous guest or indeed a kind of welcome snack :) cool interior, AC is also normal, cold, comfortable anyway ... luckily I can swim as much as you can in the spacious apartment pool , with Ancol beach background, complete with playground area. The kids are happy to swim and play here. because the destination is also to ancol beach, thank God, here the nearest place to stay that is outside the beach, just walk for about 10-15 minutes (1.5km) already arrived, actually if there is a back door, I can directly go to the beach because the position of the apartment is next to really beach. And 1 more, Mrs. Ety who has a very friendly room and fast response when contacted, both via phone or chat, is quite satisfied for our family who are the first time renting an apartment :)

Spacious room view overlooking the highway. Too bad the swimming pool is in maintenance.

The swimming pool is under renovation so children are disappointed and there is no prior notice.
