+: the room is clean, the sheets smell nice, quite spacious, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is smooth, provided gallon water, the owner is good when we are on the clothesline to be moved out of fear of rain, the place is not noisy -: the plastic glass must smell using glass only, with glass that price is only given fried breakfast and sweet tea, there are only a few teabags, coffee 2, some sugar sachets, and in the bathroom there is only soap, the LEDs are small, the remote is broken, there is no air conditioner only a fan, when checking in I was confused instructions should be given to where to check in

Nice place close to BNS and Jatim Park 2, which is owned by Mrs. Sri and the park is served every morning in a breakfast of risoles and warm drinks. Recommended, spacious parking.

It's really nice to stay here. His mother is very friendly. Every morning given warm milk and fried foods. The place is clean and quite spacious for those of us who have 2 small children. Wide parking and looking for food is really easy. The location is very close to the BNS, just walk away, to the teak park 2 is not too far away, thank you very much, later if you go to Batu stay here again.

The location is very close to BNS and teak park 2. Can walk to BNS from the homestay if the BNS parking lot is full. The place is safe and comfortable. Large parking area. Morning can be fresh cow's milk and risoles. Friendly owner mother. Nice place!

A really nice holiday. Can a comfortable, clean inn, close to BNS, the mother of the owner is also friendly. Car parking is also extensive so there is no need to worry about security because it can directly park in front of the room. Take small children too comfortable not noisy, hot water is always available. If you go to Batu again, you will definitely come back here.

Near BNS and quite on foot. Comfortable, clean, quiet place. A spacious parking lot is provided with a cold hot dispenser. There is a fan. Morning can get fresh milk and fried foods. Friendly host. Sometime back there again.

Close to BNS, the room was so so quiet, high price. The hot water working well but you need to put them in the basin and mix with cold water otherwise it's only gonna very hot water splash out. Clean room, however, needs improvement on furniture and bed sheet etc. It's more like a kost room than a guest house. The land lord was very polite and warm person. Thank you for the hospitality however.

This inn is very comfortable, clean and safe. Hot water is also lit, and the rooms are spacious and fragrant. Every morning, between pure milk & fried foods for breakfast. The service is very good, the owner is nice and friendly. The location is also very close to the BNS just walking. To other tourist attractions that are close by too. Basically Ardhas Homestay is really recommended if you go to Batu, will stay here again ... Thank you Ardhas Homestay 😊

Lodging place that is recommended for those who have babies. This place is safe, comfortable, quiet, close to rock sights. Rooms and toilets are clean, gallons are available, hot water is also okay, rooms are in the picture, can be extra beds, quiet rest away from noise. Children can play on the yard. For those of you who want to go to the mosque it's also very close to walking.

The location is near tourist attractions, the rooms are comfortable and like at home, the mother is friendly, my midnight check-in is well served, unfortunately toiletries are not provided but the hot water is functioning well throughout the day.
