It is outdated. Room, bed, ac and shower comfortabel. When I requested a extra pillow we needed to pay additionele 25k are. I told the bad service. Later I contacted the desk for help with the TV and the soap dispenser. The service mecanicien came immediately. You need to pay for parking in front at 8k for 1 night.

Good facility for office work and family. Have work table and meeting at room facility and good environmental for family.

The staff is very friendly, and the location is easy to access. The room is generally clean, but some of the damp walls could be fixed, and some of the beddings (like the yellowing bedcover, should be cleaned or changed). Overall, this is a very nice hotel for the price.

Everything was top-notch — from the location, the room, and the facilities to the food! One area for improvement would be the soundproofing in the room. We could clearly hear footsteps and voices from outside, as well as from neighboring rooms and the floor above. Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay!

Wifi doesn't work, no signal, & smells cigarette. I checked out when I just knew those problem. So disappointing. The worst hotel in cirebon ever!

Make better for breakfast menu.

Receptionist was not helpful at all & rude. Toilet was dirty not being clean properly, bed not in good condition. Not proper place for stay.
