The room is very very old as if it has never been renovated and updated at all since it was first built. The condition of the room especially the bathroom is very very sad, worse than a one/two star hotel room. In addition, the staff and staff service are good and the location is strategic.

I didn't make the wrong choice for a staycation here, the kids were really happy because the facilities were really kids-friendly, there was a lagoon pool, there was a kids club, the pkk was super happy, the staff were also very friendly and helpful 🥰

thank's Arya Duta Lippo Village for nice experience we got here. we stay on the weekend and a lot of people stay to have a vacation but the hotel staff bring excellent service to all guest's. also the swiming pool is beautiful that bring deep feel of satisfation for my children. with this great service's we got on Arya Duta Lippo Village we hope can come back here soon in the next occasion. thank you all the staf member of Arya Duta Lipo Village.

First impression of staying, the area is magical, in the middle of Tangerang city but is fairly green, cool, many trees that are very well maintained. friendly, beautiful and neat front desk staff, and helpful, a fairly clean hotel. cleaning staff who are alert and responsive. minus only the telephone that may not be functioning due to lack of maintenance, but covered by the cooperation of the cooperative hotel staff. It would be more lively if there was a karaoke room as a family option to chat. Thank you

The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in process is a bit long because it is high season during Christmas. Book a villa type, the room is spacious, quite clean, there is a sofa, 2 TVs, a large bathtub. There is also a terrace, so it's like a mini house. The villa's vibe is beautiful, there are lots of coconut trees too, the air is very fresh in the morning. There are 2 swimming pools, there is a pool with a slide and a children's pool. The breakfast menu is varied, plentiful and almost all of them taste good except for the topoki, the soup is too thin. Overall, staying here is pleasant, the facilities are good and complete, the staff is responsive.

Very unfortunate. 5 million for 2 villa rooms on New Year's Eve but the toilet facilities are broken and the hot water is also broken so that only hot water comes out of the shower. Forced to collect it in the bathtub using a dipper to get warm water. At 11 am called and told to get ready to check out because they said it was fully booked today. Very bad experience
