hello Last Eid 2025 I went home to my hometown in Bojonegoro. The homecoming atmosphere was also felt in my parents' house which was full, all the rooms were occupied. I had planned to stay at Aston. by the way, this is the 3rd time I have stayed at Aston Bojonegoro. Purely because I like it there, besides the rooms are clean and the pool + breakfast facilities are guaranteed and great Atmosphere / Facilities: really like swimming in the pool, it is always clean and you can also order food because there is a restaurant The food is quite delicious and the service is good. responsive to cleaning the table and when ordering eggs, they are also alert Staff Assistance: I started staying while still fasting, the check-in staff asked whether breakfast was for Sahur or not. Always our option every year since this hotel offer the best pool experience in Bojonegoro by far. The breakfast option this Lebaran is quite vary, they serve Lontong Lodeh and Indomie as well. Night ambience is very nice since the Malio-goro is right across the hotel. But still there's room for improvement in the pillow and the amenities. Keep up the good work!

Im Diamond Priority member of app. And also Gold member of Aston 239260369xxx. With this, hope You proven my capbility to travelling experience. In one month atleast 8 flights and staying in various hotel level from star 1-5. From those experiences about hospitalitylites, Aston Bojonegoro is the worst one. It is 2-3 time I stayed in this hotel since it opened a few years ago. I also always recommending my colegues whenever was visiting in Bojonegoro. but in my last visit at 14 Februari 2025, I got terrible experience. First, started from check in. the use the application in phone by scanned of the QR but it is not working well. Then it was taking longer Time rather than manually. And the finally They asked to me to register again manually. So funny. Secondly, it started @breakfast Time. I took some fruits that in other hotels commonly they are served slices. But in your hotel in this Bojonegoro, the have been serving slice fruit in the cup with mixed fruit. Unlucky, the fruit is not fresh and smelling. It is look like going to rotten. I have the pictures if You like. Third, I would like to order the egg corner. But, twice Im waiting. Nobody stay in space. @ 1.5 minutes Im waiting in twice. Finally somebody is coming and serve Me the scramble egg. I think today is not my luckiest with Aston Bojonegoro. I found some black crumbs (1-3 cm) in my last scrumble spoons. I stopped to eat and some supervisor offer Me to replace with another benefit. But I hrejected Her offering. My feels going bad already. with this, I hope You re-train your staff because They run as per Your Management runs. They just do Your direction. Dont punish Them, But You as management should look back what is the root cause. For a while I will skipped out my visit and recommendation to Aston Bojonegoro. Strategic location, friendly staff, good cleanliness, mineral water refills available in the room hallway, it would be nice if the mineral water bottles in the room were filled when guests stayed, and maybe the TV could be upgraded to a smart TV.

So Good lah for breakfast maybe a little note from us who like traveling we did not go to the food section. And I salute the quickness of the food complaint finally the food was delivered to the room. For other things okay not flawed.

All the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. As soon as you enter you are greeted in a friendly manner by the security guard at the entrance, and directed to the entrance.

The room key was not easy to open. After asking, the receptionist said it was for security, but when the key was given, it was not explained that before inserting the card, the handle position had to be lifted up first.

Aston suite room long stay experience: All hotel staff are very friendly, kind, fast response and very helpful, the service of all staff at this hotel is top, we are made comfortable and at home. What needs to be improved: 1. The room is not soundproof 2. The towels are dull, which in my opinion is not suitable for a hotel like Aston. 3. The lighting in the room is not bright enough in my opinion. 4. The TV still uses conventional LED, it should have used at least a smart TV or android TV that can do Netflix, YouTube, etc.
