This's not the first time I stay in this hotel & I always love this hotel. Check in & check out process was so fast, all the staffs were so nice & friendly. The room was so comfy & clean. The food also delicious. This hotel really one of my favorite in town. I definitely will come again & spend time with my family in Aston Makassar Hotel. Keep up the good work & excellent services.!

I had a pleasant stay right from the check in process during stay until check out. Everything went smooth. The hotel had a good standard of health protocol. They have air purifier in each lifts, most of all I really enjoyed the breakfast till now I felt like only aston had a great breakfast among others keep it up! Not only the taste but also the fresh of the ingredients from outlook totally different from others.

Room is spacious with a city view. Service is excellent. Breakfast menus are various and tasty. Easy and quick check in. Staffs are very supportive. I feel an utmost comfort during my stay in this hotel

The most awesome hotel, if you want to swim during the rainy season, you can definitely do it here, there is a sauna. The connecting room really meets our family's needs and the food is delicious and varied.

The reception area is not comfortable even though it is personal.. I met an employee with a very GRUFFY FACE, her name is ANGGUN.. NO SMILE, ARROGANT and tends not to listen to customers. Very rude.. not suitable for a CONCEPT or reception area.. scary...

Location in the center of Makassar, the room is quite spacious with 1 extra bed, fast reception service. Breakfast is quite varied and tastes quite good. The basement for parking is a bit narrow, but there is a parking lot next to the hotel. Overall quite satisfied here

When checking in, it takes quite a long time, about 2 hours waiting for it to be ready. The lobby atmosphere is also quite hot because many people are waiting to check in.
Thankfully, after arriving in the room, the condition of the room is very comfortable, the water in the bathroom works well, the view from the room is really pampering. Breakfast is very diverse and delicious. The gym is clean and complete, and the swimming pool is very good.
However, when the telephone in my room did not work, so when I had to contact the hotel staff, I had to go down to the lobby or look for employees. To ask for a change of towel, I had to go up and down the 10th floor-lobby 3 times.
Hopefully in the future the service can be improved again, can't wait to visit again to see the improvements made by the Aston Makassar Hotel. Thank you for the memorable 3 days 2 nights.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. The room temperature was not cold and we had asked to move rooms twice. I had hoped that this hotel would be very comfortable because it was a chain hotel, but it was still far from expectations.

It was so comfortable to sleep at Aston, the room was spacious, clean, ordering dinner at the restaurant didn't take long, at that time the fried rice was top notch :), next time I will stay at Aston again :)

When I just entered the room, I was very happy to be given a birthday cake and the cake was delicious too. Thank you Aston, the location is great right in the middle of the city, the kids also really like swimming here, it's just a shame the room is not carpeted but uses ordinary vinyl even though it's a 4-star hotel so I was very worried about the kids falling off the bed, and also the parking lot inside is too tight for cars, the food is just standard.

When I have breakfast with my family and enjoying the vibes of inhouse restaurant, then back to the room, everything was cleaned and tidy. Make up room with no further request, cleanliness team is great, thanks.
