The place is comfortable, it's just that for check-in it took a while to prepare the room. When the room was ready to be used I was not immediately informed or called, if I didn't ask about it I wouldn't have known that my room was ready to be occupied. It could be input for the future, thank you

The receptionist was not very friendly. I had requested a connecting room because I was staying with a child, but they didn't give me a full explanation, and they also gave me rooms that weren't next to each other, so it was really uncomfortable. Just once. Thanks.

Everything is okay, only the drawback is that the male receptionist is not friendly, he charges just to ask for a mattress change. Booked on Traveloka, there is no mattress type from Aston, given a double single for husband and wife, it should be quen. The blanket is dirty.

Actually I don't want to post, but because this is for the good of the hotel in the future to do more checks every day especially for cleanliness issues, I found mushrooms on the bread during breakfast at the restaurant, almost eaten, I was aware because my friend informed me, my friend had time to eat and ended up having a stomach ache on the way home. And finally they immediately replaced it when I informed the manager!
