The room has no windows, so you don't know what's outside, whether it's raining or hot. The mattress and blanket are itchy, there's no elevator, and every room is in a hallway and corner so it feels uncomfortable if you're alone

So far the place is good, for breakfast I tried chicken porridge and soto, they tasted good, for the standard twin room it is quite big, the cleanliness of the room is okay, all the bathrooms function well, close to snacks, yes everything is okay, don't hesitate to stay here.

+ good access, spacious deluxe double deluxe room, there is a mini waterpark for kids, various breakfast options, plus a good jogging track. - coincidentally the adult pool is being renovated maybe because of the fasting month, there is no lift, not elderly friendly, water heater on off. Have tried more than 5 hotels in Sentul, overall satisfied with Asyana. Thank you

The hotel is still relatively new, the location is easily accessible and free from traffic jams, spacious parking, book a double room on the 3rd floor and get a mini fridge containing various free drinks, prayer mats are available. There is a mini waterpark for children and a swimming pool for adults too, unfortunately the chlorine is a bit too much so it stings the eyes a bit.

The hotel staff are all friendly. The room is spacious and the bed is also very big. The environment is suitable for families, it is comfortable. But for the comfort of the room, honestly, it is very noisy from outside, the sound from outside is too clear. For the bathroom, I was disappointed, because there were 2 cockroaches that came out of the towel. Near the sink, the walls are already moldy. The breakfast menu variations are also very limited. There is no chicken or beef, only fish.

Satisfied staying here, the kids love the swimming pool (mini waterpark), and the main pool is big.

+The completeness and cleanliness of the room and bathroom are very good, KM with hot water shower. Clear smart TV. and prayer mats are provided. The AC is very cold.
+Many food stalls around the hotel, no hunger at night. close to the metro.
-Room on the 3rd floor, no lift so access via stairs (elderly are advised to choose the 1st floor room type).

The hotel is good, the only downside is the hot water doesn't work, the main breakfast menu is lacking in taste but the other menus like soto, chicken porridge, etc. are delicious, I will come back again, to find food you can just walk, there are lots of sellers and it's delicious.
