The hotel is close, you can go anywhere just walk next to Malioboro Mall. It's convenient if you want to buy something just walk next door. It's just a shame that the restaurant has limited space so you have to queue first when you want to have breakfast. The plus is the pool is still open until night so after getting stuck in traffic you can refresh. The food is standard, the taste is quite good, you can taste it. Thank you Aveta, always be successful, and in the future the restaurant's capacity may be increased.

The location is very strategic, in the middle of the Malioboro shopping center. It's just that the parking lot is narrow, but there are many staff on standby & ready to help.
Yesterday I stayed during the fixed season, so the check-in room was a bit delayed. And it's a bit complicated to check in and check out because the receptionist is on the 8th floor. So if you want to check in & check out you have to go back and forth, from the 1st floor, 8th floor & room floor.
For breakfast, the food is varied. But sorry there are some foods that are almost stale. It seems like the food is warm from yesterday. Hopefully next time you can pay attention to the taste of the food before it is served.
For the room & toilet, the condition is OK & comfortable.
Just a bit disappointed because at the beginning I deliberately ordered one with a balcony so I could smoke, it turned out that the balcony is also a non-smoking area.
But overall all the staff services are OK & friendly.

very satisfied staying 3 nights with 2 rooms with family, all staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean, get complimentary in the mini bar every day for free, free refill drinking water and Aqua brand which tastes great, full breakfast variety to the food is friendly for the elderly, diabetics and those on a strict diet ... it feels like in a high-class restaurant.
and the main thing is 10 steps to Malioboro street and Malioboro mall ... it's really cool to stay here. every time I go to Yogya I always stop by at Aveta Hotel, one of the best hotels in Yogyakarta

My family and I were very happy to stay there, but unfortunately it was one more day of fasting and Eid holiday, I also had no experience staying in that area, had to find a way to get to the hotel, it was quite an experience for me and my family. everything was very good

Stayed here for the umpteenth time. The staff are friendly and nice especially the receptionists. Strategic location, the food tastes quite good (took it for sahur), and kids friendly (there is a kids movie). Only the cleanliness of the room and balcony is not very clean. There is a lot of dust on the mini fridge, the balcony has a lot of lizard droppings. Overall comfortable. Will definitely come back again.

I ordered a balcony with a view of Malioboro Street but I wanted to move to a balcony with a view of the roof tiles of the house... they said it was full, but you ordered it 4 days before... you didn't want it.. after a heated argument, I was finally given a room with a view of Malioboro Street... other than that, everything was good and nice...

very strategic, next to Malioboro Mall and in front of the hotel is the center of Malioboro's hustle and bustle. Parking seems a bit crowded, but maybe you can park in the mall. The wifi was a bit thin yesterday. But for a 3-star hotel with a good location, give it a thumbs up 👍👍👍
