When I am booking over there I feel same me in my home. I have story I transfer 70 million rupees by mistake transaction when I inform the staff of hotel they direct transfer my money back to my account. I thank them very much all staff soo hostess and kindly assist.

I booked Grand Deluxe King room with additional requests: highfloor room, and room view to Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio (lotte mall). Unfortunately the rooms with DR. Satrio view were not available. I was offered room with Setiabudi view. And it's not bad at all. The room wasn't narrow. I like the eco-green concept of amenities. I was underestimate the TV cable, but I was very happy it's on HD. The room was quiet and comfortable. But some vinyl on the room needs to be maintained. The rooftop is open for 24hr. The view was great. The food need to be improved. The taste was so-so. It's only served in Indonesian variant. It would be nice if there's more western variant. The location of the hotel is very strategic. I can get many streetfoods, supermarket, mall, and business center (Jl. Sudirman).
