When the staff first came, they asked each other, "Is room number * good?" When we entered, it turned out that the AC was not cold, the toilet light was off, the WiFi couldn't connect, there were holes in the roof, and some of the walls were moldy. Finally, we were offered to move to a slightly better upper floor.

The bathroom was smelly and stuffy, so the smell came into the room. There was no mat so it was slippery after getting out of the bathroom. The hallway smelled of cigarettes

Free boarding house room alias mixed. Not suitable for families, smelly bathroom, no towels no drinking water. The room is not soundproof and stuffy. Ready room on the 4th floor, no elevator, bring your own suitcase up. Boarding house facilities are not a home stay concept. No. Recommended.

The hotel staff was not very friendly, first they were given the wrong room key as soon as they entered the room, the bathroom water was leaking, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the hotel area was full of cigarette butts.

There was only 1 towel, no soap, the bed sheets were a bit dirty and didn't smell good, the blanket looked like it hadn't been washed, the room was dusty, the floor was dirty, very uncomfortable, I didn't wake up feeling itchy, even though the building was very luxurious and beautiful but unfortunately it didn't suit the needs. room, I'm sorry, please use this criticism as motivation to be better in the future. Near the city center. Although the entrance is very narrow. Got a room with a leaky ceiling. The sheets are dirty. It seems like the sheets need to be replaced because they are dull and torn. There is another hair removal in the bathroom 🤣 the room smells musty. The AC is quite cold. Good wifi. The service is all friendly. Improve the cleanliness of the bed and bathroom a little more, sis. So that customers will repeat their stay.
