Malam tahun baru terburuk dalam hidupku. AC jelek. Air jelek. Televisinya jelek. Sarapannya asal jadi. Pelayanannya buruk. Sewa tempat 1.4 juta tapi mandi dibatasi. Tidak akan saya kesana lagi walaupun sewanya hanya 100rb. Jika anda mengelak silahkan tuntut. Saya juga merasa sangat dirugikan.

Nice place and complete facilities, cold AC, clean water, bed and toiletries. Close to the beach, it's just that there is no info that there is an additional charge for additional people who come.

The service is excellent! The rooms are clean, the breakfast selects the menu but is delicious. There is no exit from the hotel 1 minute in front of the beach. It's just that when I stayed there the TV channel was broken. The bathroom is a bit hot, so if you make up in the bathroom it immediately fades again hahahaha. But overall very very satisfied & really recommended. Thank you Balato.

Hi Annisa, Thank you for the comment, but it is unfortunate that by writing this comment you are showing your own badness, why do we say that because our staff is educated and always admonishes all guests with the right reasons. Our staff reprimands you because you only order 2 rooms via traveloka but you come in one village. It is clear that the rules explained in traveloka are that the maximum guest capacity is only 2 people in one room and if there are excess people, then you have to pay the additional fee. Obviously ignorance is in you and we also wouldn't expect to receive your return because of your country behavior. Thank you, Balatoa Team

9/10 the hotel is really recommended if you go to the bira. the place is nice, very close to Bira beach, the rooms are nice and clean, the mattress is soft, the breakfast food is simple but very tasty. If I come here again I will probably stay back here rather than anywhere else. But unfortunately the minus the car park has to be on the side of the road and the wifi is a little slow. For the whole I am very satisfied.

Very close to the beach, friendly staff, there is a mini fridge TV, extra bed, comfortable for resting, beautiful design for photographs, but the facilities may be added to make it swing so that children can play, the air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is hot, Those who bring children are not offered a breakfast station, indeed breakfast is only for 2 people. Balatoa Team is very grateful for this valuable entry and we also want to explain so that there is no misunderstanding that the limitations of the place that made us have not added facilities, for air conditioning we have checked and all the normal temperature settings or maybe there is an open door so that the temperature inside less than maximum rooms. In addition, the price is also one of the considerations that is adjusted to the facilities in the room and for families who bring sons and daughters under the age of 8 years we also provide a free stay policy including breakfast and we have also provided a sofa bed to be used. The hotel is really cool, even though it's not directly on the beach side but close to the beach to order a boat to goat island. The rooms are clean, the bed and bathroom towels are all good, it can almost be a 4-star, the 3-star hotel is still inferior, nice and cool. Comfortable too. Although the conditions outside are rather narrow. but it's okay. Still okay
