The place is wonderful, the service is good and the stay is very comfort. They always do clean up the room tidy and clean. They give a complimentary drink for mineral water. And they offer to give the best service. It’s a very recommended hotel

Arrived at 2 o'clock just in time to check in, the room was not ready, waited for about 30 minutes with several times asking before being given an upgraded room from the one that was ready. FYI I booked a non-smoking room because I brought a baby and toddler but when I got to the room there was an ashtray, after confirmation the hotel still said it was non-smoking. And there was still a lot of dust on the sheets. The staff are friendly, especially the restaurant staff.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the staff and the items were taken to my room I got a welcome drink I was very satisfied with the hotel service The food was also delicious, especially the porridge God willing, I will stay here again

The hotel is clean, nice, strategic, the price is right. The breakfast is less varied, there is no soup menu for children and the rice is also a bit hard. Other than that, it's really good.. next time I want to stay here again as long as the menu is improved. Thanks

stay on the 7th floor, the view is really cool, thank God, it's also quiet, there's no significant noise, the bed is great, the AC is cold. all notes and requests are taken into account, thank you for the details. really happy masyaa Allah. . cool. there are only a few spots in the room, and the cupboard is already dusty and the place for amenities is a bit rusty. can be leveled up again. the pool is fun and most importantly, the belviu family is all friendly, masyaa Allah. an experience that is really fun, thank God.

Everything was good, just a little disappointed with the receptionist's service, when I was about to check out I called to ask for a trolley to carry my stuff, after waiting for a long time it didn't come, I thought it was because of the trolley queue, until my husband was forced to carry his own stuff even though his leg was sore, when we arrived at the lobby it turned out there was a trolley parked idle near the hotel entrance. It seems the receptionist didn't tell the bellboy that I needed a trolley.
