The room size does not match the photos on the website. The roof of the room is moldy due to the effects of rain, it seems, and the staff at check in and out were not very friendly and did not really serve us well.

The staff was not friendly, we asked for help when the electricity went out twice, the staff said "I don't know" in a curt tone, the information explained on Traveloka and the original did not match, as a result I had to book another room.

if you stay here please think again, because the service is really bad, the facilities too, when you're sleeping you knock just to confirm your name. want to check out also there's no one at the reception at all. better reddorz 150k in jakarta the service and facilities are still ok. I never give bad reviews but if I say it's not good then it's not good

We booked a room for 560 thousand per night for 4 adults. When we arrived at the location, because there were 4 people, we were asked to upgrade the room and pay an additional 400 thousand. The facilities and quality of the room did not reflect the 900 thousand per night rate at all: cramped, not soundproof, damp walls, dirty bathroom

The water heater doesn't work, the bathroom can't be locked, the room is dirty, the bathroom floods until the water comes out under the bed, only 5 towels were given even though there were 8 of us, lots of small animals.

The room price does not match the facilities and size of the room, the toilet door cannot be closed. 👎. The room does not match the photo, it says it is for 3 guests but the bed is queen, the room was swapped by the hotel because it was already occupied. 👎. The electricity went out because the power was low. 👎. The only thing that would be better is a clean bed cover and clean towels. It's better to find it yourself when you get to Dieng, there are many that are more worth it for that price.
