The room atmosphere is damp, the bed is very unclean, the towels are dull and yellow and need to be replaced. The water is yellow, the hotel atmosphere is not comfortable and not fresh. The hotel is good but unfortunately it is not well maintained. Overall the experience of staying at the Bono hotel is very bad.

It was my first time at Bono Hotel, but it already made me in a bad mood, a 4-star hotel with no generator when the power went out, there should have been preparation/anticipation in case of a power outage, luckily I hadn't checked in yet, so I could still ask for a refund, but I was still disappointed, I had to wait for more than 2 hours, many guests at that time also complained, in the future please pay more attention to the management :)
