Break fast was good. But I was on top floor and due to Roof top event sound generated and noise came to my room. Should be improve.

Overall staying experience was great but there are rooms for improvement from hotel facilities, room and staff to reach a better customer satisfaction. With the booking price deal, the overall is awesome. Hotel should always has multi national plug adapters, staff should understand the importance of charging battery of customer electronic devices, both receptionist eyes contact and smiling at customers required improvement, the security guards can do better, security guards whose opened the door were firmed, polite and sincere smiles. Food preparation and the live band performance are awesome.

Stayed for 4D/5N at Bono, I guess it's a nice experience. The front office, Housekeeping, Security and Restaurant staff were all helpful and polite. Bedroom is clean enough. Drop them a call if you need help. Breakfast was so-so, but my sweet tooth gotta say I'm loving their cakes. Thumbs up for their dinner menu tho. Definitely would recommend my peers to book here. Thanks!
