One of the resorts in the Puncak area that is free from traffic jams, overall it's good, only the check-in time is only ready at 14.30 and the facilities need to be rejuvenated.

Sadly when I just checked in late at night and was very tired because Puncak was really congested,
When I took a shower there was a wet towel belonging to the previous guest in the bathroom..
Then when I went to the room, the bedcover was not neatly arranged as usual and the bedding sheet had blood stains.
Sadly my toddler had already fallen asleep there.. finally I covered the sheet with a bedcover but ended up getting cold because I slept without a bedcover..
The mattress was also very flat in the middle of the mattress so my sleep was very restless.. but the next morning when I told the front office, the bedding sheet was immediately replaced.. all the services from the hotel employees were very good and friendly, it's just that the comfort of the mattress in the room & cleanliness need to be improved, thank you!

Overall, it's pretty good, it's just that I booked a non-smoking room, but the room still smelled of cigarettes even though I requested the smell to be removed. And when I just checked in, there was tissue trash in the toilet. But all the hotel employees are friendly and helpful if we have a request.

I came here during the rainy season, it was nice and cool, the staff was very kind, changing rooms for a little extra was worth it, the breakfast was also delicious, there were vegetables. Nice for getting away with my husband away from pollution💚

There are no hotel slippers, small mineral water, clean rooms and bathrooms, water heater runs smoothly, clean towels and sheets, but the benches and tables outside are dusty, the downside is that breakfast is delivered and it feels lacking. The outdoor area is nice.

the place is exciting. no need to get stuck on the peak road. easy access via the Sukabumi road towards the top of the back lane of the Hulu Cai camp area, really refreshing green in the cold mornings. there is a waterfall. flying fox rafting 2 swimming pools. horse The price of villa executive apps is 500 thousand, but it's very expensive, so bring a lot of cash here. hehe the question is outbond vehicles pay 50 thousand per person.. but it's fun

Clean room, clean yard, clean bathroom. The swimming pool is quite clear but the leaves are still not removed. For breakfast it was a bit disappointing because my 6 year old child was charged 85 thousand even though he only ate half a bowl of chicken porridge and still couldn't finish it. There is no variety of food. Only fried rice, fried chicken, noodles, tofu vegetables and 2 types of fruit. Too bad the fried rice is too salty.

because it is too far to walk, it needs a little renovation of the room and the construction of a car road so that guests can go directly to the place to stay, even though there is security to pick them up, it's just not pleasant to go back and forth to call if you need something, there are also quite a lot of mosquitoes.
