Strategic location, close to everywhere (city area), hot water is okay and strong, even the sink has a hot water tap, great. The only drawback is when there is a problem, for example yesterday the TV and soap ran out, after confirming to the FO, the wait was very long, until we had to call several times, because we wanted to rest immediately but still had to wait for the staff to come. Other than that it's okay.

The access is really easy and nearby the town. All staff are so friendly. In front of this hotel, there is a delicious Soto Pak Man. Hopefully next time, I will stay in this hotel again.

Overall the hotel is good, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly. The only thing that needs to be improved is the speed of check-in service, cleanliness of the room including the bathroom and telephone facilities, because in the room our family stayed in, all the phones were dead.

For a Budget Friendly Hotel, this is considered OK, only, the cleanliness of the blanket, Glasses, and Water Cups should be given more attention, there are stains that I don't know what they are, please add more variety to the breakfast menu, honestly it's too little and too much carbo compared to the side dishes, there's only 1 dessert menu, bread with jam as is, no fruit salak and watermelon, but I'm grateful because the staff are friendly and kind, oh yes and one more thing, the breakfast menu should be restocked often, honestly this is not a bad experience, it can be improved again from the "FOOD" and "CLEANLINESS" sections, thank you.

Nice place as it's very close to one of shopping center in Yogyakarta. This is the first time I booked this hotel for 5 guests from Philippines for 4 days. They attended the Partnership International Conference for celebrating the 69th Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Anniversary. This hotel requires IDR. 100.000 for a bond. Overall, all are good
