Overall is nice, staff friendly and helpful. Easy to get some shop to buy some food or something else here. They have water refill station, so we can refill our bottle whenever we want, and also there are coffee amenities there. Thank you all staff, hopefully I will be back again to stay here.

Lokasi strategis dan mudah ditemukan. Hotel bersih. Fasilitas umum cukup lengkap, selain itu ada fasilitas dispenser sehingga mempermudah.

Datang di weekend, booking dengan harga yang "lumayan" agak pricey untuk hotel "tidak terkenal" di jogja. Berharap dapat kenyamanan dan kebersihan yang lumayan. Apalagi ini ex hotel AMARIS. Bangunan sebenarnya oke. Pas datang receptionist ramah. Stay di kamar 323, tetapi di kamar sangat terlihat tidak terawat. Wastafel sangat kotor, lantai shower sangat licin sampai terpeleset berulang kali. Shower KOTOR. Sangat banyak debu di langit2 hingga alergi saya kambuh, banyak sarang laba-laba di pojok2 kamar dan kamar mandi, bahkan LABA-labanya besar besar! Terlihat sudah sangat lama tidak pernah dibersihkan. Sudah request minta dibersihkan ke receptionist setelah malam pertama. Tetapi tidak ada perubahan sama sekali hanya bed saja yang dimakeup. Kotoran2 debu, lantai kamar mandi yang licin karena kotoran, serta laba2 dan sarangnya tidak dibersihkan. Seluruh foto diambil di hari terakhir sesaat sebelum saya pulang. Mohon dievaluasi petugas cleaning nya, sayang sekali bangunannya bagus tetapi manajemen dan karyawannya tidak bisa menjaga dan merawat kebersihannya.

Akan lebih baik jika di sediakan smoking room, karena yang saya hadapi selama menginap 2 malam disana adalah banyak tamu yang merokok di area lobby dan pintu masuk membuat hotel terlihat kumuh seperti losmen dan penuh dengan asap. Mohon menjadi pembelajaran hal ini, hotel yang ckup bagus dan strategis tempatnya sangat disyangkan hal ini tidak menjadi pertimbangan.

While I enjoyed my stay here given the strategic location, the hotel is a bit dirty. The bathroom is a bit dirty and not cleaned thoroughly, and I noticed sone stains in the bed. I like that the hotel price is fair & it 's located in the heart of Yogya, but I believe improvements can be made.
