Check in at night, check out can be 1 hour late, the room is nice, the air conditioning is cold, there are people selling near the hotel so it's not difficult if you want to snack on fried bananas, and the fried bananas are delicious.

Very nice view, directly to the beach and close to water sports, rooms with large and cool beds. Complete kitchen equipment and a rice cooker. But unfortunately the room I occupied had a bathroom outside that could not be closed tightly, and there was water seepage from the ceramic tiles so that it created puddles and was dangerous because there were many children and elderly people. Please pay more attention to the maintenance of the villa

The place is close to the beach, so you can play all day on the beach. Although the building is old, it is still comfortable to rest, only the TV does not work so if you want entertainment, you have to pay cash, such as karaoke equipment and BBQ equipment.

As for the condominium, it's really cool, the location is really good, really on the edge of the beach, the view is really good. The staff is also friendly, there is tolerance when checking out. We checked out late because the condominium had very little water and even one of the bathrooms couldn't be used, the water was jammed, it smelled really bad. The bathroom is not kept clean enough.

Mr. Iwan's staff is friendly, but his mother is not so friendly, we are charged an additional fee but we don't know whether the money goes to the owner or not, indeed I would have brought more people but before that I had asked for an upgrade but it was full so I couldn't move to 3 rooms. I give it a thumbs up for the place, facilities and location, I don't regret it at all

For a good location, open the door directly to the beach. The building is quite old, and the swimming pool according to the picture looks like it is for another private villa. Because it was empty, no one was swimming. There's only one drawback, I think the room next to the karaoke has its own sound system and it's quite annoying. It turns out that the sound system for karaoke is provided by the inn. The intention was that my family and I wanted to enjoy the beach atmosphere, but almost all the rooms were noisy with the rental sound system. For those of you who want peace, it's better to look for other accommodation, here the atmosphere is not like a beach but like a dangdutan concert and karaoke rules until 23.00 at night which is very annoying because I have children with me.
