Actually I am confused of the fact that they manage to get 4.1 reviews 😮 there was no hair dryer provided in the room, the door was too thin so you could hear what was happening next door, the location was near the 🕌 so it would be so noisy during certain hours that it would obviously wake me up when I actually have insomnia 😔, the lift was kind of scary, the room itself was too dark as well, the bathroom ' s construction was so weird that the water could spoil everywhere everytime I took a shower and I g they shd add more lights in the room. There were some stains on the bed, wall, and furniture. But yes they had friendly staff and the location was near the BSB.

I recently stayed at family room of this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay more pleasant. Also, a nice spacey ballroom for our organization event. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom was a letdown. It was not as clean as expected, and some amenities were not functioning properly. The noise from outside made it hard to get a good night 's sleep. While the hospitality was top-notch, the room especially the bathroom quality definitely needs improvement.
