This Ubud villa is really a shame, even though with the private pool facility, this villa can really be a family mainstay, but honestly I don't want to go here again. The cleanliness of the room is really bad, I was shocked when I got the room and just opened the door, the curtains were torn, the room was stuffy and smelled of cigarettes + musty, the bathroom is not to be asked, it was very basic. In the end, I couldn't afford it, I asked to change rooms and upgrade to a suite, unfortunately there were none available, so I just moved to the villa next door, but it was okay even though the facilities were the same, there were lots of cigarette burns on the curtains, the sofa had lots of stains, the walls were damp, but it was better than the previous room :”) I didn't enjoy my vacation there, even for photos I didn't want to because there were no good spots, so I know why the price is cheap... even though if this villa was better maintained, the price would still be okay. But the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the warm swimming pool water are still okay to be proud of, but for the room, sorry, it's 2/5 :””)

The hotel is right on the side of the road so access is very easy. The check-in process is also easy and fast. From the lobby we still have to go inside again to get to the villa buildings but the atmosphere is almost like Ubud according to its name, I really like it. The security is also good, there is a security post at the villa building and we are given an access card to get in and out of the car. The villa is nice, we chose a premium villa with a wooden type but unfortunately maybe those who bring children and parents should be extra vigilant because the stairs are not safe in my opinion. At night there are so many mosquitoes that it is difficult to sleep, maybe you should bring mosquito repellent just in case. At night there are neighbors who do noisy karaoke and are very disturbing even though the rules have been explained. Immediately complain to the receptionist and the security immediately takes action, top deh 👍. I will definitely come back to Nemuru Ubud to try another type of villa.

The hotel staff is lousy, not responsive to complaints. There is no mat in the bathroom so the room is muddy, yes, and there are lots of mosquitoes. My child was bitten by mosquitoes, lousy service. There is no tea and coffee, only glasses and water. The room's swimming pool, yes, is not very fragrant. The underpass, yes, is dirty. There is a dead wakeco, smells of tofu.

The room is nice, it's like a housing complex. There is a private swimming pool, although I only use it for soaking. There is a small hut, a kitchen outside the room. And the access is always guarded by security, which makes you feel comfortable.

Overall nice, but during Eid the accommodation is full and the price is quite pricey. Can go there again sometime, the location is quiet and comfortable, it's not in front of the beach but it's close if you want to go to the beach.

Nice, comfy, and clean. Close to the beach, lots of food around the area. At night, it's crowded with neighbors doing karaoke and playing fireworks. There are no tissues available, and there's no room service so make sure to bring your own. The TV remote is hard to use, some of the batteries are dead too. But overall 👍🏼 for the experience. Will be back! ❤️
