The location and service are good, please improve the comfort of the room, the mattress has yellow stains like sweat marks, the room walls are cracked, the bathroom (not in the photo) has hair that has fallen out and has not been cleaned

For the price of the hotel, it is relatively cheap, but it is because there are no amenities, the sheets are worn out, the bedside lamp is broken and the towels have not been changed for a long time 🙏🏻 but the staff are friendly and nice

The hotel staff are not focused on their work, they are playing games instead, the walls of the room and bathroom are full of dirt, the sheets have lots of yellow stains, maybe in the future the service can be improved, thank you

It doesn't match the photo, the room access is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, it was not informed that the parking fee is included in the mall and is paid for personally, so parking overnight costs tens of thousands, which is a big loss. The bathroom is dirty and smells of urine

The location is like a hidden gem, hard to find, went around 3 times before I could find it, the hotel staff is friendly. The room is clean but the mattress is scratchy, there are hair marks, the sheets look like they were used by the previous guest.

My booking was suddenly cancelled without any confirmation, when I wanted to check in at 03.00 in the morning it was no longer possible, the other rooms were also full, there was no form of accountability from the hotel, the reasons were unreasonable.

The name doesn't match the one on the app, I've looked around Paskal and asked people 3 times, but it turns out the name is Oyo, which is different on the app, the bedsheets have lots of stains, there are no tissues, the bathroom smells, the TV won't turn on. So bad.

The mattress was dirty, like it had traces of yellowish and brown marks like it hadn't been washed or changed for a long time. The pillow is deflated and has no foam left. The walls of the room were dirty, full of footprints. It really doesn't match the reviews, ratings and pictures displayed. The advantage of this accommodation is that it is only close to 23 Paskal.
