The smells very bad, seems like this room was a smoking room before but now become non smoking. I found cigarette ashes around the drawer. Bathroom is smelly too. Bed sheet stained and pillows smells bad

The receptionist was friendly, but the building seemed poorly maintained (I was in a room on the 3rd floor), the position of the walls had many holes, the lighting was poor, the hallway was rather dark, the rooftop area was dark when I arrived in the afternoon. There was also a room door that couldn't be opened when I requested a room change. From the beginning when I arrived, the bedsheets were already wrinkled, I don't know if it had not been changed or if it was the standard from the start. At that time, the position was also difficult when I wanted to park (the basement yard was also poorly maintained). Please fix it

Honestly, I regret 2 days in this hotel. I stayed here with 3 families. Only 1 soap was given, and even then the bottle had no cap, my husband asked the receptionist for toiletries, they said that was only provided, because it was already 3in1, but in my opinion it is more suitable as hand soap. Even the dental kit was not available at all. I clearly ordered for 2 adults and 1 child, but only 1 towel was provided, when I asked for an additional one, the towel smelled really musty. Even my child didn't want to use it 😠the mattress seemed to be full of mites, there were lots of stains, it was uncomfortable to sleep because my body itched, it wasn't just me, but the 3 of us felt the same thing. I don't know if the floor was mopped or not. But what is clear is that there is still a lot of dirt on the corners of the walls. Even under the bed my child found a cigarette pack, even though I ordered a non-smoking room 😌 for the facilities it's really a dud, but for the service, I can still say it's okay because they're friendly. The size of the room is still okay for 3 people. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness and equipment of the room. Thank you

very disappointing.
I was here for four nights, in a room on the first floor, with a twin bed type.
When I first entered, the sheets and blankets on the two beds were moldy, I didn't have time to take a picture, because I immediately reported it and asked for the sheets and blankets to be replaced.
Finally they replaced them like the picture I sent, it was better but still shabby.
Worse, every day we found one flea, like in the picture I sent. I have a video if needed.
The bathroom is still fairly clean, but the hot water takes a long time to function.
The TV is just a display
In my opinion, this hotel is not well maintained, even though in terms of the building it is quite OK.
Not recommended, yes, the price is cheap, but at least it's clean, I've stayed at a hotel with a similar price, at least it was clean, not moldy or had fleas

the staff is very very good and friendly, for the hotel lobby and other public facilities are also okay. only the room is not so great
it is indeed quite spacious and comfortable but the sheets are worn out which fortunately smells of laundry so it is still bareable to use

Not as bad as people's reviews. With a price of 220 thousand, this hotel is quite comfortable with a balcony. And the rooms are spacious and spacious. The room had lots of ants, the ants reached the top of the bed luckily they didn't get into my ears, the black towels were really dull like rags, Google Maps gave the wrong point because it was also until midnight, there was a security guard around the housing complex who gave information, there was no drinking water but maybe because the price was cheap not given a drink.
