staying here is quite comfortable because it is close to the restaurant and krisna, unfortunately for us who want privacy in the room, it turns out we were given a connecting room. the door is secure, but yes, it feels like there is something wrong. we have ordered a long time ago hoping to get 3 rooms according to the request (king / queen bed) but it turns out that only 1 room is suitable and the rest get twin beds with the classic reason of hotels in general, namely full booking rooms (please fix it) because in reality the hotel is not in full condition and it can be seen from the parking lot and the guests coming and going in the hotel

If you're looking for a comfy place to stay without spending too much, this hotel is the way to go. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location is super convenient, and the rooms are spacious and cozy. Highly recommended!

If I go to Bali, I will definitely book this hotel again, the service is fast, the room is cleaned every day, the AC is cold, the hot water works well, if you are hungry in the middle of the night, don't worry, there is a Circle K next door, there is also a laundry place right next to C-k, and it is also very close to the KRISNA souvenir shop, just walk away.

Staff Ok, change towels, hairdryer request is served well. Room Ok is quite big although there is only 1 chair in the room, there is none on the terrace. The bathroom needs to be waterproofed a little so that the moisture does not come out into the room. Overall good, according to the price.

the location is strategic near the highway, souvenir center and next to the hotel there is a minimarket. safe parking is in the basement, there is also an elevator. the room is comfortable, but not soundproof. the next room has a baby crying continuously, quite disturbing.

The AC is broken. I've moved rooms twice in 1 day and none of them are cold. Rooms 102 and 308 are very HOT🥵. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!

Waiting for more than 2 hours just to check in, no staff reconfirmed the availability of the room and how long the room would be ready. The reception staff were busy chatting with other staff. Laughing. When arriving from the airport, the Concierge was there but did not help lift the suitcase, just kept quiet and chatted with the reception staff. Lots of staff but not very helpful 👎🏼

Maybe the hot water for bathing needs to be fixed, it is only hot for a few minutes after that the water is cold, for each wall, soundproofing needs to be added because, the sound from the next room can be heard, especially noisy guests in the middle of the night, it is very disturbing, the swimming pool is also a bit dirty, because after taking a shower once my body immediately gets itchy, the AC in the room I stayed in was also not cold.

Comfortable and clean room, friendly hotel staff. Check in and out process is quite fast. Good location, close to various culinary. Only one thing that needs to be fixed, the breakfast menu is less varied and the taste needs to be improved again.
