The staff is not as nice as before. This is the second time that the amenities in the room like soap and such are not available. Everything else is okay. Affordable price

Indeed, this is the cheapest option, but in my opinion, I don't recommend taking the cheapest option. I got a room under the stairs, it was dirty and full of mosquitoes. The mosquito net in the bathroom was also loose. I wanted to call the receptionist but the telephone cable was broken. I would have been better off leaving if I had known the room was like this (I immediately checked out at the same time).

It's a shame the water heater is problematic, so we don't use hot water. The tissue is empty, the bedsheet has black spots and looks dull. Because there is no landline, to contact CS via WA. And the response is slow, even though it has been called but not answered.

For paid parking even though only once. and security is not friendly. For the lobby and hotel area is quite good but the room is very uncomfortable. Starting from the bathroom the water is very small, dirty, and the equipment is not maintained then in the bedroom the mattress is very dirty and telephone access is not possible and the amenities are incomplete. Then there are many furniture in the room that are broken and not repaired. For that, all of them should be repaired immediately.

The staff is okay and friendly, but the room atmosphere is not recommended because it's a bit scary, guys, especially at night, it really feels like huhu, then when you first enter it's a bit stuffy and doesn't smell good, the bathroom faucet is a bit broken but it can get water out and it doesn't smell good either, but the service and other facilities are still okay. Be careful when you enter here, check the stains on the room, your belongings, maybe take a photo first, if you check out you could be fined millions for things you didn't do, my advice is don't be afraid, the rule is to look out for the receptionist.

There was still a crowd from inside the room, some parts of the room were still dirty, no mat, phone not connected, sheets not clean, no refrigerator. Hopefully it will be better in the future.
