As its name, Cozy Stay Hotel has a cozy and comfortable room to stay. Thank you very much for your great and hospitality. All staffs are very kind and nice. 😍 The sun light comes to the room and make air circulation much way better. Even staying for 18 days seems too quick time. Satisfying, sure will come back to stay at Cozy Stay Hotel. ;)

This is one of the very few places that I will call as my home. Just like the name, this place was super cozy, super clean, and the layout of the rooms were nice and comforting, in my opinion. I love the outdoor kitchen and balcony so much. We ate our dinner while seeing the moon up there on the sky. We meditate early in the morning just by sitting calmly outside. And we get plenty of sun almost effortlessly during lunch or when I cooked. The place was also calm, we don't really hear the noises from the road. We do listen to birds chirping, cats meows, and some faded voice of neighbours talked with each other, which is fine for us. We love the bridge as well, since we could see sunset and padi field a lot there. The people were very friendly, helpful and warm. And the location was super super strategic. It was so close to the grand lucky, Trans Studio, and many more. Laundry, minimarkets and food waroengs or restaurants are just next doors. And the room rates are very affordable, especially for long stay. This is their 4th property in Bali and I have visited and tried to book the others through online travel agency, and they are almost fully booked all the time, during this pandemic, which was kinda amazing. Overall, this is one of the place in Bali that I love so much, especially for a long stay. Very recommended! Cozy Stay @cozystay.bali Jl. Soputan, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Stayed in a studio room, a room with a double bed, on the 2nd floor of building A.
Clean room, clean balcony. TV and cold mini fridge available, 2 bottles of mineral water. Cold AC.
Clean pool. Friendly staff.
Strategic location, not too close to the city center of Denpasar, Kuta and surrounding areas.
Many food vendors near the hotel.
There is also a supermarket.
Minuses:
Amenities only provide soap & shampoo, 2 towels.
The pillowcase smells bad like laundry that is not dry enough. And the pillows are flat, not comfortable to sleep on.
The bathroom was initially dirty, but was finally cleaned immediately by the housekeeping staff.
The lights on the balcony are very dim.

The hotel staff was slow to respond, even on the second day there was a room on the application but it said it was full, so I had to wait until half past four in the afternoon to be able to get a replacement room, even though I was willing to be given a room with a broken AC, because I was tired. The staff is very friendly, but the distance from the lobby to the room is far and the elevator cannot be reached directly to the room and you have to climb the stairs again. But so far the view is very good and the atmosphere is also in accordance with the name Cozy

This hotel has changed a lot, especially its comfort. Quiet and the view of the rice fields behind the hotel adds to the value of this hotel. One thing that disturbs the comfort is that the water heater for drinking now has to be rented, whereas in the past it was not rented, and that is very bad, because in comparison some similar hotels provide the water heater as a service for customers who stay, just a suggestion if implementing this, then please provide a hot and cold water dispenser in the hotel hallway. I think the place is really cozy, clean and comfortable. After checking in, the room was predominantly white. But the room smelled because of the bubbles and the musty smell. The TV didn't work properly, it was drizzling.There are no glasses and the water heater also has to be rented, which is strange for me.The corridor is very dark, there is no toilet paper, there are no amenities either. And you have to put down a deposit of 100 thousand for the room key if you don't have cash, your ID card will be held. With that price it should be same as hotel. For me, I don't recommend this place.

The staff is friendly, the facilities are good, the sunset view at the hotel is also good, the rooms are spacious and clean, the location is strategic but the downside is that the parking lot near the security post is full of ants, so if you park your car in that section the ants will get inside the car.

The place is comfortable, and the location is quite strategic. It's just that we had a little problem during our stay, the room door couldn't be opened easily even though other guests next door could immediately open the door after attaching the card, but I don't know why in my room it was very difficult until I had to ask for help from the hotel staff (night security) to help open the door. Also, if the phone in the room is not working or cannot be used, maybe it doesn't need to be set up in the room. For the soap or maybe shampoo place that is available, I also think it's lacking, there is no marker for which is soap and which is shampoo, the size is very small. But overall it's good, maybe next time before other guests check in, they can double check the room door again, thank you.
